Better Choice Homes has been our property management company for over 2 years. They have done their best to address any property issues or concerns. Their staff has always been friendly and accommodating. My only issues would be their ability to keep reliable matananice staff. Overall I would recommend using them to find a rental property. We have used BCH for a few different things and have loved our experience! We sold/​bought a home, and used their resources to fix a damaged wall from the rain storm. We have worked with BJ and Nick and both have been way on top of things and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend their services to anyone!!!
