Great place for eggs. Owner is sweet and kind. She sold us baby chicks called Buff Orpingtons. Our Orptingtons are friendly and quiet(they are 5 months old now). The kids are over the moon happy! Thank you Janine!

5 stars doesn’t come close to doing them justice. When it comes to eggs this place is the best! I only buy organic free range eggs since I’m putting them in my morning smoothies raw. I never fear or worry that they aren’t going to be 100% safe. Jeff and Janine are such a lovely couple! The first time I came out to their place they took me for a tour and invited me into their home like we had known each other forever. You will never go back to store bought eggs after trying theirs! Plus, they are going to have organic free range chicken meat in a few months. You’d better hurry and get your name on the list though. Check their website for more detail .

Awesome find!!! I usually buy organic free range eggs from local farms in Gilbert or Queen Creek area. The place I go to ran out of eggs and only had turkey eggs for $ 1 each. I’ll try that one of these days, but hubby and I love fresh farm chicken eggs! It’s not even close to the rich orange yolk full of vitamins and minerals the free range hens produce in comparison to the ones you get at your local grocery store. . I found Chicken Scratch Ranch after searching online. They are quite a bit of a drive, but oh so worth it! Jeanine opened the door of her home right on the ranch that she and her husband runs. The kids are with me and she took us on a tour of her coops. The kids loved it! They know it comes from a farm, but it’s nothing like seeing egg laying hens doing their job inside the coops! I bought 2 dozen brown, light brown, green and blue eggs for $ 6! I also met Jeanine’s husband, Jeff. What an awesome couple. They offer apple picking 4 for $ 1 dollar. Apple pies are freshly baked if you order it a day in advance. You can expect the same thing during peach season. Classes in keeping chickens, baking, canning, etc. are also offered at the ranch. Call or email them to make sure they have what you need. Here is the website If you’ve never had farm fresh free range eggs, I’m almost sure you can find one close to you. You will never eat white grocery pale eggs again!
