Jacksons Car Wash

I visit Jacksons regularly, and I’m writing this review so that buyers beware.
First off, let me state that I love their car wash. The options are great, the quality of the washes are good, the people working the wash are friendly and qualified and helpful.
However, they also have a glass company affiliated with them. Today is my second experience with them and likely should have learned from my first.
I had a small, pinhead size crack in my glass. The glass associate found me, and asked my insurance. We decided a repair was in order… Which took about 10 extra minutes… They ran my car through the car wash and on the other side after it was cleaned vacuumed and ready to go my windshield now has a 2 foot wide crack that I can’t see through… Instead of the pinhead sized crack that was there before.
Clearly unacceptable… The sales associate apologized but offered nothing in return. I called the main office… And they promised to get back to me in two days… I’ll update this review and let you know what happens and whether they’re going to repair my windshield and return it back to physical and working condition… In the meantime… I remain totally dissatisfied and would recommend that you never get your glass repaired at Jackson’s.

Ever since Jackson’s took over this has been the best carwash in 10 miles. Kenneth is always polite takes pride in his work and leaves my cars in a spotless condition.

Great service I would give them a five star. But there was a miscommunication regarding my windshield. I’m very picky about my windshield. Overall service and experience were great. Very friendly staff, I had a bad experience elsewhere and I thought I would give this place a try after reading the reviews on Google and Unilocal

This place is awesome!!! Had a really bad experience under the previous management team but Roy, Johnny & Ryan made it right. They know the true meaning of Customer Service. I would highly recommend this place.
