If you buy the coupon on Groupon, don’t fall for their up sell to buy more sessions at the«same low price». My job took me out of state at the last minute and when I called for a refund I was told I couldn’t get one, nor can I give this to someone else who lives in AZ. I was told it never expires, so on the fat chance I ever get back to Gilbert and I’m able to spend a couple hours hanging out with them, then hey I guess I’m set for life. Pretty sure this is how they make up the money from Groupon! Just don’t think this is very fair. I even acknowledged that I willingly gave up my 2nd Groupon session because of my move and that one does expire.

I bought a Groupon for acupuncture. It was difficult to make an appointment. i always got a voice message. I left messages, but no one called me back. I finally got through. The appointment that was offered was in 3 weeks. The clinic is clean and staff was professional. The doctor that provided the acupuncture was very nice. More importantly, I got the results I wanted. I have sent other people here for acupuncture and they have had positive results. The second & third appointments were easy to make, as I was at the clinic.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star… that is too many! I was very nervous when I walked in to see that this office was part of Two Drops of Beauty after having a bad experience there, but u thought I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see if I have a better experience. I had purchased B12 injections through Groupon. After filling out multiple papers on my health history, symptoms, etc. I was hopeful that maybe this place was different. Next, the person that checked me in and collected my paperwork took me back to a room and said, «where would you like it». She Didn’t introduce herself, I have no idea or her qualifications to give me an injection(my first impression was that she was a secretary since she checked me in) and she was holding a profiles syringe. I asked her what the doseage of B12 was that I was getting and she said,“1cc” I said, «but what is the doseage?» And she said«1ml» …ok…but what is the dose??? She then said«I think 30mg» I stated that I really didn’t feel comfortable with her giving me a prefilled syringe without me knowing the dose or exactly what was in it. I asked her to please bring the B12 in the room so that I could see her draw it up. She said, «are you kidding me?» Uh, NO! She then brought in a large blue multi dose bottle that has a compound pharmacy address on a label that anyone could’ve printed off on their printer. Then she went to draw it up and didn’t alcohol the top of the vial. Who knows how many other times it had been used without disinfecting the top before drawing it up. I told her that I didn’t feel comfortable with the situation at all and that I would call groupon and get my money back, which I did. Groupon promptly returned my money. Please beware of this practice! Melissa RN
