Complete Family Eyecare Ltd

After gardening on Saturday, I had something in my eye. Thank goodness Complete Family Eyecare was open and they were able to get me in. Dr. Patel removed some small particles from my eye and it felt much better.
Through the night both my eyes got worse, actually really bad. In the morning my face was swollen and my eyes were nearly swollen shut and weepy. I had been pulling poison ivy the day before. I was pretty sure I was having an allergic reaction. So I called again Sunday morning and got Dr. Gray on an emergency call. She recommended that I see my PCP or go to an instant care facility immediately. She also wanted to see me in her office as soon as I finished seeing the PCP.
I went to Patients First where the doctor confirmed I was having an allergic reaction then started me on steroids and told me I needed to see an optometrist. I then went directly to Complete Family Eyecare where Dr. Gray met me. This was a Sunday morning! Dr. Gray diagnosed that I’d developed a double eye infection in addition to the allergic reaction. She started me on a prescription eye drop and drops for the itching.
The doctor at Patients First was impressed that an optometrist would see me on a Sunday. I was very grateful for the wonderful care.

I went to see both Dr Gray and Dr Zarfass for an eye injury. Both Dr’s told me there was nothing wrong with my eye, despite the severe pain I was having. I asked them on both occasions, why my eye would still be hurting 9 months later. Dr Zarfass even went as far as blaming my seasonal allergies and prescribed my as allergy drop. Finally, the pain got so bad, I went to an opthamologist, who told me I had a serious condition from the eye injury and it needed to be treated immediately and could possibly need surgery. Don’t waste your time going to these Dr’s. I suffered for 9 months for no reason. The best part is that when you are checking out, even after I still had no answers as to what was wrong with my eye, they try to sell you sunglasses! Try diagnosing people correctly before you try to upsell anything. I am a nurse and have years of experience dealing with Dr’s. Trust me, go to another Dr.
