Joining CKO was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I was really looking for a class I could sign up for that would show me results but be fun at the same time, not to mention a reasonable price as well. I got all three of these things at CKO. I went for a trial class and fell in love instantly. All the trainers are great but I recommend Steve, Klaudia, Sam or Eugene to start with. These trainers really really know the form and make sure you are doing your workout properly. They are adding new trainers who are all great and offer a bunch of classes during the week. Since I joined CKO in December 2014 right when they opened the Gillette location, I have seen such great results. My arms and legs are all muscle but toned. My waist and tummy have lost inches, and I overall feel super healthy. I’m sure if I changed my diet I would see even greater results. Love CKO and love being part of their family!

CKO provides an amazing workout. I am a 20 year old college student who joined CKO because I LOVE the atmosphere and I am looking to lose the weight that I gained while away at school this year. They have an amazing college student deal that is 3-months unlimited classes for the summer for $ 200. I joined as soon as I got home from school and I have been loving it. Every class that I go to I am dripping in sweat and encouraged to push myself to the limit. I have been going 3 – 4 times per week for only a week and a half and have lost almost 5 pounds. I used to only do cardio but CKO provides cardio combined with strength and I am getting more toned than I ever thought possible in this short time span. I am so excited to see how toned I will be by the end of the summer! I highly recommend joining you will NOT be disappointed! Also each class you can tailor to your own personal needs and fitness level– don’t be intimidated! Like the other review said Klaudia is by far the toughest most intense instructor that I have experienced but she really is awesome and pushes you to your limit. Steve, Gianna, Laura etc they are all amazing instructors as well I have not been to a class that I haven’t enjoyed. If you’re looking for an awesome workout that will give you results you can see all over your body –join!!!

I had gained about 27lbs over the past 10 years and couldn’t find any workout and diet routine that would help me take it off. My last attempt prior to joining CKO was one those bar-based workouts classes that combines yoga, pilates and dance stretches. All I got out of a few years of that were two ruptured plantar tendons and a shoulder injury. I dropped that class in January and started at CKO. Unlike my bar class, the choreography(for want of a better term) is simple, but effective. A typical class starts with jogging or some other aerobic activity followed by warm-up stretches. From there, it moves into about 40 minutes of bag work, which is a combination of punching and kicking sequences, and calisthenics, followed by a few minutes of ab work and a cool down. While this is general routine that is followed in each class, the exercises and moves can vary greatly, so neither you nor you muscles get bored. My results have been fantastic so far. I have been going 4 times a week on a pretty regular basis since late January. Without changing my diet much, I have lost 5lbs and 2 inches off my bust and hips. This improvement has finally given me the incentive I need to change my eating haibts, so I started cutting out refined carbs and pre-packaged meals this week and began a diet that emphasizes lean proteins, whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. I dropped another pound in the past few days as a result of this change. All of the instructors are great, but I would definetly recommend starting with Steve, David or Eugene if you are new to a strenous workout. All 3 are all great at tailoring the class to the level of the attendees and at helping people modify the exercises to fit their skill level. Claudia and Samantha have the toughest classes, but the workout is awsome for those of us who have been attending for awhile. Another great part about CKO is the cost. My bar class cost around $ 240/month for an unlimited number of classes. CKO is about 1⁄3 or less of that price. In addition, the instructors and atmosphere are much friendlier and more supportive. If you want the best workout of your life for a great price, you have to try CKO!
