Apparently these people make $ 500 an hour because recently one of their people came by and said they needed to «service» my extinguishers or I’d «get in trouble». Five minutes and over $ 100 later I became in their words «legal». Come to find out there’s actually a process to service a fire extinguisher and all the businesses next to me have been paying half as much. Two thumbs down.

What an amazing company. Cannot believe it took me so long to find them! They are so customer oritlentated and friendly! (Something I always look for when working with new businesses) Best fire safety company by far… who the heck knew there are so many things to know about a fire extinguisher! Aaron is knowledgeable and friendly! Super easy to work with too! He always takes his time to explain everything to me… even if it takes a few times and doesn’t rush through the process. Defiently a company I see working with for years to come! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Very professional and knowledgeable about fire safety laws. Easy and painless experience! Unlike other companies I’ve used in the past where they just try to make a quick buck without explaining why this procedure needs done every year. Now I know why and what I pay for!

A representative of this company entered my business when I wasn’t there and «serviced» my extinguisher without my authorization. They told my employee they worked for the fire department, so in other words, used scare tactics in order to receive payment. A month later the company I have been using for the past 10+ years came to service the extinguisher and informed me the technician had serviced my extinguisher two months earlier than was required by law and that it was due to be refilled and they hadn’t done that. They left the old chemical from the previous service in the extinguisher. So, they had illegally serviced it early and not provided the necessary work to make it legal for my business. I have warned the businesses next to me to be on the lookout for this company and urge any business owner to do the same.
