I love this location. Like every typical gal I love Panera Bread to start but not all locations are equal. I worked next to a Panera in Midlothian that was so small and with nowhere to park… it was the pits. This Panera is the best because it’s a large restaurant so there is always somewhere to sit. There’s plenty of parking. And the food is always made to standard. The staff also remember your name after you’ve been a few times which is always a nice touch.

This location has friendly staff that are quick in busy times such as in the morning and during lunch. You never have to worry about being late. There’s always lots of staff on hand to accommodate the customers during peak times. There are some other Panera Bread locations that I’ve visited that could definitely follow your model. I come often enough that the staff know me and what I like to eat. I appreciate how attentive the staff is. They offer special deals via the My Panera card. If you don’t have one, don’t forget to ask or go online to and register.

Solid quality food and coffee as with most Pancras. However, I will say that this location was the busiest and most crowded Panera I have ever experienced.

I’m never disappointed with Panera! There’s so many options and the you pick two makes double the options available! Breakfast=Check, Lunch=Check, Dinner=Check, Dessert=Check! It has it all. The calorie information is on the menu right there so you can see what you’re getting yourself into, because lets me honest, it sounds healthy, but NOTEVERYTHING at Panera is haha. Especially those delish pastries. Yummm! Normally I grab my meals to go using the rapid rush option on line. You place your order, and in 10 minutes it’s ready, waiting on the shelf! No line, No crowds, just grab your bag and go.(Well make sure it’s yours and that its correct). The more you use your panera card, the more perks you get as well. I get multiple $ 2 off here and free coffee and pastries there in a month. They’ve had a promo all of April where you get a free coffee everyday! Ummm YES Please! I dont think my coworkers appreciate it during the afternoon as my «buzz» hits and makes me talk more than normal! Sorry guys ;)

Panera lover here. Whenever we see one on the road, we have to eat here. This one was no different! Great service, fantastic food, always fresh and tasty. We got Pick Twos– fantastic value and super tasty with hot tea. Great for cold Fall day. Also, this location has a fireplace great for curling up next to. Grab some free wifi, hot tea, and some soup– equals perfect dinner out.

Probably the nicest branch in Short Pump, but the gas fireplace never seems to work for more than a few weeks at a time.

Not much change here over the past few months. I get great sandwiches, cheese bagels, and cookies. Love making the stop here. However it’s time for someone here to figure out how to focus on getting customers served faster. That line is redic. Slow service is not a good look. And parking is tight. Employees need to learn how to super serve their customer and this Panera will jump.

This is a quick and efficient location. Wi-fi could use a boost. Staff friendly. Food is what one expects from Panera. Not easy to navigate for those in chairs or with challenges. It is convenient to the interstate and offices. Extremely busy at lunch.

I have to say this particular location is quick and the food has a great taste. The customer service is good. They get your order pretty fast and do not try to over sell you on products. Theres also free wifi with no limit, a great fireplace to enjoy those cold winter days. The location is very clean, especially the bathroom. I recommend this location. 4 stars.

I don’t write many reviews but had to tonight. We had such a bad experience. The teenager taking our order was rude and made a mistake on every item we ordered. My food had so much dressing that it was like a soup. The soup was cold. It was kale, bean and sausage soup. It had no beans or sausage. Bad food tonight. It was $ 30 for bad food. The attitude of the cashier was the most annoying.

Updated Review(4 stars): It seems like my original complaint is no longer an issue. They haven’t had any broken toasters or internet or anything for a while! The service is quick and the folks are super nice. Original Review(3 stars) I love Panera Bread, I really do. I go here probably on a daily basis(especially when I was on a diet, I’d get the Chicken Noodle Soup and Half BBQ Chick Salad) and it helped me. But this location has issues after issues, and it’s beginning to get very annoying. For the time that I’ve been to this particular location, and only 3 months, for a week or two, their toaster broke, so I couldn’t get my bagels toasted. Then now, the internet or phone is out for a week so they cannot add or look at your rewards. Seriously, I have never experienced issues with any other Panera Bread. This type of stuff is just unacceptable! It’s always something wrong with it!!! Changing this particular Panera Bread from 1 to 3 star, since the manager there was so awesome. We came at 9:30 and their sweet tea was out, and they actually made another batch for us!

Regular ol’ Panera. Nothing to see here. I have never figured out why they give you a buzzer/pager to tell you when your food is ready. I have never arrived at the counter with my pager in hand and had them know exactly which food is mine. They always just randomly place everyone’s food sacks up there, and we have to do an awkward shuffle looking through bags to figure out whose is whose. Not the most efficient process – why do they even bother taking my name when I order? Or giving me a numbered buzzer? Opportunities for process improvement abound here.

This place is always crazy busy at lunch, and they rise to the challenge each and every time. The menu is mostly comfort food and sandwiches, which is perfect for lunch. I mainly go for the soup and sandwich… and I never regret it.

As far as Paneras’ go I can’t complain about this one… sorry for not being any more helpful but watta u want??? it’s a chain… …the only one I avoid is the one by VCU cause it feels more like a fast food joint… just not the same Panera experience you find at others I guess.
