I used to work in the area and this location was good at the time. When in the area today, I stopped by and ordered an island green smoothie. To my surprise, there was water literally separated and sitting on the top of the smoothie and only kale and spinach was used in the smoothie – no fruits – as indicated in the menu. I let the franchise owner know this, he refused to refund or have the teen that made the smoothie do another smoothie for me. I left him know that I will NOT be back. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I looked online for a corporate number and the number that I found was out of service.
I frequent another Tropical Smoothie location and get the island green smoothie. Therefore, I’m well aware how it should taste and the texture.
I do NOT recommend going to this location due to the lack of customer service and not taking the time to make the smoothies correctly. I’d rate this location 0 if I could.
With all of the complaints about this location, you’d think the franchise owner would take the time to make some improvements to ensure the location is up to par and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Dirty!!! I have had two visits to this location. i live right across the street. My first visit was great, which is why i returned. Unfortuantely my second visit didnt fair as well. i Watched as the guy behind the counter handled money and then immediately turned and handled food. i watched as this same guy coughed without covering his mouth but then rubs his nose with his hands and YUP! handles the food yet again with out even a thought to wash his hands. This same guy then approaches me with such a poor attitude, rushing me to order. i hadnt made my selection only because i was in shock and complete disgusted. i was at a lost for words. i walked out and i havent nor will i return again.

Good service. Good price. Great smoothes. It’s fun to eat healthy. The employee was very helpful in selecting our smoothes. Try this place.

Today was the second day I’m a row I’ve been to this location in over a year. I was very pleased with the service as the staff was super friendly. I’ll be going rather often if they can keep that up.

I love a smoothie for breakfast. It’s delicious, nutritious, and quick… or it’s supposed to be. I’ve tried to stop at this location multiple times on the way to work since they are supposed to be open at 7am. I usually get there around 7:15am, and they are not open. This is despite the fact that the hours posted on the door say they are open at 7am Mon-​Fri. They end up losing my business because I go I their competitor since they actually are ready for business at 7am, even though I don’t like their smoothies as much. I might try this tropical smoothie café again in a few weeks to see if they’ve started opening on time as promised. Eastern Standard Time, right? Thanks for not valuing my business or my time.

I guess if you come here for just a smoothie, you’ll probably leave satisfied. And the service is quick & friendly.
However, the sandwiches cost about $ 8 each and are absolutely not worth it. The two I ordered were the Turkey Guacamole and the Hummus Veggie sandwich. Both were small, skimpy on the ingredients, and did not taste good. I could have made better tasting sandwiches myself without much effort … or cost.
This was my first visit to this location. The parking is a joke. The restaurant is located sort of down a «parking alley», with very few parking spots available. Just turning around at the end of the «alley» is a problem. It’s likely you’ll be parking in the slightly larger lot located about a block away.
I’ve never ordered sandwiches at a Tropical Smoothie previously, and after this experience… I won’t be doing it again. Better food — and better deals — can be had elsewhere.

The owner operators are very friendly. The smoothies and food are pretty good quality and fresh. They use whole pieces of fruit here, not bags of concentrate like Smoothie King. I used to go to this one a lot a couple years ago. The wait can be a little long when they are busy.

Good service and tasty smoothies, but as most smoothy places, you pay a high price for good quality.
