I’m giving this a 2 star rating because, I don’t have much to compare it to.
Things I like:
— Classy office set up. You wouldn’t tell that this is in a strip mall from the inside.
Things I don’t like:
— Went for a consultation and the girl didn’t really have anything to tell me. They want you to go 6 – 8 times and spend $ 300 each time you go for armpit hair removal. I’ll save you the time. That’s about $ 2400 for hair removal on you ARMPIT… Do you know how small an armpit is? Crazy. She just kept staring at me asking me if I had questions and said, «you look unhappy» Then she handed me a pamphlet and sent me on my way.
— Front desk girls made me mad. I guess I was just hating on them but they seemed very incompetent. I guess I can’t expect much from a plastic surgery office but I do expect you to know what you’re doing when answering a phone, making an appointment or giving me paperwork. They screwed up ALL 3!!! The girl who answered the phone told me «good morning oh wait afternoon… uhhhhhh, hi this is „insert name here“ sorry.» Called the day of the appointment to confirm, the appointment i made with former person and it was nowhere to be found on the books. Then they gave me the wrong papers to fill out for my consult so the girl doing it was really confused.
Basically what I’m saying is that if I don’t trust you to answer a phone, use a computer or handle documents. You’re not altering my body.

Maybe this place is tucked away from Baltimore or Annapolis or Colombia for the lower rent. Or maybe it’s because no one likes to advertise they get plastic surgery out here. Guess we’re not in LA or New York! Well these guys do laser hair removal too and it is just fabulous. They have to see what kind of lasers they are going to use depending on your skin tone and the thickness of your hair. It is not cheap by any means at all but if you are going to wax or pluck for the rest of your life, this is definitely a good investment. No more bumps, ingrown hairs or scaring and skin discoloration. Didn’t know how good life could be without all of that! You have to go every four weeks for eight months. And yes the laser freakin stings like a zap for a second where there is hair growth. But I still think it’s worth it.
