Sally Beauty Supply

Sallys is well stocked with options and often has great sales and promotions. My issue is with this particular location. I visit here fairly regularly. Staff is a bunch of trolls. They are not friendly. They are not helpful. They are not knowledgeable. I don’t expect staff to be beauty experts but I do expect them to know how to operate the register. This was not a new staff member. Also today I attempted to visit a few minutes after 9 when they are to open and the location was closed. I double checked the times on the door. I waited about 10 minutes and still no one opened the store. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This place is great! By far the best beauty supply store around. There are always great deals. I’m a beauty club member now and the discount is worth purchasing the membership. The young ladies that work here are awesome! They are knowledgeable about the products and always make sure you are in the loop on any sales running. I like to get my hair products, nail products and color from Sally’s. Great quality and customer service.

I love this place, it is conveniently located next take to my salon so when we run out of simple supplies we can head right over and get what we need. It has saved us quite a few times.
The staff has typically been friendly and helpful, always ready to point you in the right direction.
Their prices are very reasonable and if you have s Sally’s card it’s even better.
But you to have to watch some of the products they carry some are amazing, but some of their shampoos and hair care are knock offs of salon products so I wouldn’t shop there for hair care. But supplies and hair color seem to be good.

I can’t complain about this Sally’s, it’s the only one I go to, and I go to it often! My hair is completely dyed red, and I touch it up every other day. So you can imagine I make frequent trips there.
My only complaint would be that they’re often out of the color I use (N’Rage in Crimson Red). I know they get their deliveries on Wednesdays, but I usualy try to grab dye on Fridays or Saturdays and they’re out at least half the time. If they sell out in a matter of days… it might not be a bad idea to order a few more from week to week!

*Good selection, Not the most professional employees*
I’ve been to this Sally Beauty several times. The selection is always good and they have yet to be out of anything I’ve ever needed. The prices are excellent when compared to comparable products at specialty or drug stores. This location is much cleaner than others I’ve been to, and they never have product boxes clogging the aisles, dust on anything, or smears and smudges from people «testing» the makeup. It’s clear they do their job to keep it clean and neat.
I had been looking for a bright cherry red permanent hair color, and even in salons were telling me it couldn’t be bought over the counter. Sally had several colors to choose from. They also have a color replenishing shampoo and conditioner that are only $ 6.50 a piece, and with the sale they were running I got them 2 for $ 10!!! The only other red replenishing shampoo I’ve found was $ 15 a bottle and didn’t do as much as this cheaper version.
I hesitated on getting the Beauty club membership, but when I saw the amount of sales and deals they offer I was sold on it. I’ve already earned a coupon. They generally offer everything at least $ 1 less for club members.
The only thing that takes away from this shop is the unprofessional attitudes of some of the employees. It seems that the majority of those working here have no idea that obscenity laden gossip about coworkers or other shop workers is not appropriate for work. In the times I’ve been in, I have heard conversations about what a «stupid b*tch» one coworker was, the sexual positions one of the women prefers, and a particularly wild rant about one of the managers and someone wanting time off. Quiet conversation I can understand. The occasional slip I get. This is not that. This is a case of employees not seeing that when a customer walks in, you should probably stop cussing and yelling your private conversations across the length of the store.
If you aren’t easily offended or bothered by unprofessional employees, I would say pick this shop over others nearby. But be prepared, and I wouldn’t take your children in here unless you want them to learn a few new things.

The address for this Sally Beauty Supply is WRONG!!! It took me to an empty field in the middle of a neighborhood!!!
