I enjoy taking Lisa’s classes on Wednesdays at 7:30pm.
Her energy and teaching skills are perfect for me.
The place is always clean and never too packed.

Love this studio!!! I usually alternate between Glen Ellyn and Hinsdale. This is definitely the newer and nicer one. I come here even though it’s farther away for me. My favorite classes are hot power fusion and core power 1. The instructors are all really good at demonstrating proper alignment and form. I have seen a huge change in my body in the last 6 months.

Love the environment and awesome people I’ve met along the way. I only do the hot yoga sculpt classes because I am addicted to them! My body has already changed since I’ve started 6-​ish weeks ago. I mainly take Cynthia’s classes between here and the Naperville location, but all the other instructors I have had are awesome too. They know how to really make it challenging but will get you through it. The end of class is so rewarding — you get a cold lavender/​lemon towel on your forehead and it’s amazingggg. I go 4 – 5 days a week and look forward to it every day. It’s a physical challenge and a mental escape.
The other nice thing is that Trader Joe’s is close by, so I get a chance to do some healthy grocery shopping before or after class.

I purchased a groupon for a month of unlimited classes at CorePower. The Glen Ellyn studio is one of the newest studios and it was close to my house. This facility is smaller than some of the other studios I’ve been to. And it doesn’t have a cycling room. But I never felt overly crowded in the classes I went to.
The locker rooms are clean and have plenty of locker space. You can tell the facility is cleaned regularly.
My favorite classes are CorePower 1 and YogaSculpt. Stacy on Friday evenings was a great teacher for yogasculpt. I am definitely not a advanced yogini but the instructors here do a good job of making the classes approachable for everyone! Plus there are always modifications if a pose is too difficult for you!

I loved it! I’ll have to admit though I’m not a die-​hard yogi, but the class I took left me exhilarated.

As an avid yogi, I have been on the look out for somewhere close to home that offers a wide variety of classes and schedules. I work a lot and finding the time to fit a class in can be hard! That is usually always my problem… but they have many to chose from!
The instructor I had (forgot her name but was young, blonde, pretty) was very nice and taught a great yoga sculpt course!
The studio is big and clean! They also have cute yoga attire for sale.
I highly recommend this place for Yoga and am excited to go back tomorrow! :)

Great Studio! Brand new, modern, and clean. I found this studio last minute trying to find an evening class close to my home. Just as a heads up my gps gave me incorrect directions. I was running late due to this. The studio is west of 355. I called the studio for prpoer directions. Eventhough class had started and main doors were locked Cassandra made arrangments for someone to let me in. I took Cassandra’s C2 class and it was a wonderful class. Once I complete my teacher training thru a different studio. I will definitley be attending more classes at this location. Staff here is super friendly and inviting! So glad this studio has opened up!
