Beware of the runaround when it comes to your dress. When I said yes to my dress that was a great experience once that came and went it was like the store could not bother since they had their money. I was told several times that my dress was intially suppose to arrive in May that was when I purchased the dress, then May came and went then I was told it would come June 9th then I was told it would come on June 20th. At that time I had made an appointment for a fitting for June 25, 2014. When I called on that Monday I was told my dress had not arrived yet! I was like are you kidding me? I was on hold with 3 different reps and they could not explain to me why I had an appt for a fitting and no dress. Meanwhile I get a call mind from Divas while I am still on hold from another rep stating that my dress should be in on the 25th the day of my appt it would just need to be special delivery since all bulk orders arrive on Fridays. I explained if I was leaving early from work that it better be there since this was the 3rd date they had lied about. Once I arrived for the day of my appt luckily my dress was there but low and behold my veil was not. Again how is one thing there and not the other since it was brought at the same time. All in all I finally left with my dress and veil but while waiting for them to put my dress in the bag a woman came in yelling about the same exact issue I had had, déjà vu? NO this is just how this store is. If your going to buy a dress from this store make sure to lie about your date!!! It will save you a lot of heartache ladies.
