Course isn’t too bad, but one employee certainly needs an attitude adjustment. Mitch rudely refused us a raincheck even after the starter agreed with us. Can’t tolerate being treated like that even if he were right! Tee time 9:44 on Sunday 8⁄26

I’ve played this 9 hole course a few times and am happy with it. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t country club quality, but the price is right and the area is kept nice. I played during the drought of July and the course was in good shape. They offer pull and gas carts, so there’s some variety. It’s not a very difficult course, there’s some sand and a little water, so there are a lot of beginners. This will cause the course to play a little slower at times, but that’s what you get with a park district course. It also enabled me to play multiple balls while I wait around. Overall, recommend this course for the price.

I’ve played here many times over the years and it was closed last year. It re-opened and it’s much better. The flooding area near the 8th hole has been improved and they got rid of 1 of the ponds to make the hole better. It plays as a par 35 but it’s a little difficult for beginners. Some of the holes are a little narrow or have some intruding trees. The two par 3s are a little long(200 with a carry over water and 170 yards). The par 5 is short and so is the last hole. The prices are fair and there is a slight discount for Lombard residents. The greens are maintained decently while some are pretty large forcing you to hit a good shot. For beginners, it’s a pretty tough course. The holes are really close to each other so you don’t have to ride. There is no range and a small putting green. Staff is pretty nice, but there are no rangers on the course.
