Wow, it’s been over 6 months since I had my first interaction with this company. What a nightmare!!! After filing a claim with CSI, All Points’ initial response to my claim was to deny everything. Then, after disputing the claim and calling out All Points’ on their promise to the Better Business Bureau, All Points’ final offer was about $ 30. I would have signed the form, except that upon reading the release form, there is a gag order that reads, and I quote: «In consideration of satisfactory settlement in the amount of $ XX. XX, which is now acknowledged, I hereby release and forever discharge the carrier and its agents from any and all future claims, law suits, complaints of whatsoever nature.» Of course I didn’t sign. My reply to the insulting offer had been, and I quote: «I exercise my legal right to safeguard my interests and respectfully decline All Points’ generous offer.» That was my first [profane gesture] back to them. The second and most definitely not my last [profane gesture] back to them is this set of Unilocal reviews.
