My Service Garage Door

Easy to setup an appointment, and fast installation! I was in the market for a new garage door opener that would be quiet, affordable, and reliable. Michael was very helpful in explaining the different models that exist and his recommendation for which garage opener to choose. He could be a little too direct sometimes, but I prefer that over the «super courteous but shady» any day. From there, it was a quick confirm and within a few days he was there. An hour or two later my old opener was removed, the new one installed, and both cars’ Homelink re-​programmed. The price he quoted me did not include tax (I should have clarified for myself before booking) but even after tax it was better than the other company I was quoted by. So all in all, a satisfied customer here, happy with his shiny new and super quiet opener.

Michael was just at my home to fix my garage door opener. He has been here before. He charges an $ 85.00 service fee whether he does the work or not. I think that is outrageous! His prices are inflated. I looked up the prices online right in front of him. He is entitled to make money and I’m fine with that expect when he charges his «extra» fee he now looks like a crooked guy. I will not be using them again. I am a frequent customer and obviously they don’t appreciate loyalty. Find yourself someone with a better reputation.

My Service Garage Door is great! They are extremely polite, and do extraordinary work. When i had issues with my garage i called and they were their the next day to fix my problem. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
