If you wanna get you«deep fried» on, this is the place! Fried everything, chicken, fish, mushrooms, fries… food is okay and a little pricey.

Very crispy chicken indeed. I’ve been very sick of the chain chicken places(KFC, popeyes, etc) and decided to go to a relatively more local chicken place. Maybe it was because I wasn’t expecting much but the chicken was so fresh. The cajun fries were also on point. The jumbalaya however was substantially under-par. Was so dry and salty I had to throw out more than half of it. Overall I’d probably go again but just for the chicken. Tell them the cows sent ya(but not really). P. S. would order take out than dine in. not much of a seating situation

Love me some good fried chicken every now and then. Had heard of this place, but didn’t know they had been around for awhile…(goes to show how often I eat fried chicken.) Decided to check them out about a week ago. It’s definitely a ‘carry out’ joint as mentioned by others. Place looked clean, man behind counter was very friendly & possibly of middle eastern descent(not that that matters) but after staring at the enormous menu and noticing middle eastern items, a ‘light bulb’ went off in my head. I mean, middle eastern food at a chicken joint? This location is like a chicken /middle eastern /fast food /breakfast chain all wrapped in one. Wanna burger? How bout a dawg? Salivating for a philly cheesesteak? Didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning? Well… your in luck because this place has all of that & more!(side note — they don’t open till 10am, so unless your a late breakfast eater, don’t go in the wee hours of the morning) Kinda dumbfounded by all the items they offer since this is really supposed to be a ‘chicken’ joint. And… Speaking of Krispy Krunchy Chicken… well, it’s definitely not krunchy or really krispy, but it was pretty decent and pretty O.K. They inject their chicken with a seasoning I found to be a little ‘off’. I enjoy Cajun style chicken and love extra spicy on some eats, and maybe I shouldn’t expose myself here, but frankly I prefer the flavor of Popeye’s … I did like how the chicken is not greasy or exploding with sodium. Definitely a better choice than KFC by a landslide. Only other thing I had was one of their honey butter biscuits(gotta have biscuits w/fried chicken, duh!). Not sweet like the ‘honey’ would imply, but all around pretty alright. If your near the area, come check out KKC for yourself. You might really like it.

A small chicken cheap franchise located next to a CVS. The family tries hard and the food is somewhat acceptable. Not many of these places around and they are just as comparable as what you will find at KFC or Popeyes.

Old, cold. New to the area, I tried this place out. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal for about 8.25. The chicken seemed like it had already been fried about 3 times, I got a side order of macaroni and cheese that was cold and old. I told them it was cold and they just threw it in the microwave for me. I left it on the table and left the building.

First off, the service is astounding. I believe the gentleman behind the counter doing the cooking is the owner, and he’s always, always so kind and attentive. I like that there’s a wide range of choices for food, and all day breakfast is always a good thing. So far the wings were amazing, and the breakfast omelet was fresh and delicious.

It is as good as it sounds! Gem of a place for decadent fried chicken. Place is clean, man behind the counter was charming. It is at the intersection of Bloomingdale rd and North ave… right by the Walgreens. Takeout place. Go here if you crave fried chicken! Thank me later!

Hard to find(behind Walgreen’s), but pretty good fried chicken place. Prices are better than KFC, the owner works the line, so you know everything is going to be right. It’s not gourmet, but for fast food prices, it’s really good. They also have other food, but we’re always get the fried chicken.

Go here all the time for lunch because I can only eat Zabiha halal meat and it is close to my work. I love it! Try their Philly Cheese Steak I eat a lot but the sandwich w/fries fills me up every time. Cheeseburger tasted good and the hotdog was good too(although I never had a bad hot dog before). Staff is real friendly too

This place is really easy to miss, which is a real shame. I had a basket of chicken tenders that knocked my socks off! The place was super clean, and the fella behind the counter was friendly as could be. MAN, that food was good, juicy, fresh, and hot as could be, and I’m craving it again as I type this. Check it out, for sure.
