Arin is my friend and he does all my plumbing work at my house and also for my customers I always refer him to my own customers with 100% confident. He is type of a guy that gets the job done with high quality craftsmanship and customer service.

We were digging in our backyard and hit the main water pipe and water was going everywhere. We turned the water off until Arin (the owner) came. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He came within 30 min of calling. Repaired the pipe in a short amount of time. Very very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone in need of any plumbing emergency or any other plumbing need.

Simply outstanding service. I had a plumbing emergency at night recently. Arin, the owner, came out right away. He was punctual, thorough and reliable. He did a great job explaining the issue to me and the steps he was taking to assess the problem. He did a great job with the repairs for a very reasonable price. He even followed up to make sure everything was okay after. I cannot recommend 911 Plumbing highly enough.

Needed to install vanity tops. Good quality job done with very reasonable pricing. Arin was very punctual, careful about the job.
We noticed some water pressure issue on the next day, and he came back quickly to check on that. There was no problem with the installation, but just a fold in one of the tubes.
All in all, great quality work and after sales service!

Arin, the owner, is most knowledgeable, honest, reliable, punctual, patient, affordable, owns the proper equipment and most importantly — will get the job done! He’s quick and handles plumbing jobs of all sizes. I contacted him late Sat eve and he was at my property early Sunday. He took care of the immediate blockage issue and we arranged for the big repairs a day later. He provides the camera inspection service, and offers a wide range of options to fix the problem. Call him for all your plumbing needs with the peace of mind that he’ll guide you through the right steps.

I want to thank one more time to «911 Pluming and Rooter» for a great service. They were really professional and provide an outstanding customer service. The pricing was reasonable compare to other plumbers that I called before. I had a problem with my toilet and the draining system. The technician showed up the same day I called; after checking out my system for few minutes, he diagnosed some of the possible causes for my problem. He explained what could be the possible causes for my problem and he gave me a price quote depending on what to expect. Luckily for me, he was able to clear my piping as he diagnosed it before, it was exactly what we expected. He also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Very nice guy, very helpful, highly recommend him. Defiantly going to call him again for future pluming jobs. THANK YOU once again.
