I went there to buy new furniture I was very confuse Edwin was very helpful and nice he took a long time until I found whatever I want. If ur looking for a very modern and beautiful furniture I highly recommend this place customer service is perfect and they are honestly help people to find the best quality furniture.

I went in and was the only customer. The man working there did not even greet me. He stayed near his desk while I looked around. I was looking for a dining set, saw one that was bigger than I needed, and asked him if they had anything smaller. He said yes but not in the store; they’d have to order from a catalog. I kind of expected him to, you know, ask me if I wanted to see the catalog. He didn’t. I left. The place gets two stars because he wasn’t rude. He was just apathetic. No people skills from what I saw. It was Labor Day weekend, too, so I was initially surprised that there weren’t more people, but after a few minutes, I could see why.

I came to Alex Furniture because it was local. I was greeted by Alfred, who was very helpful and friendly. He showed me around the showroom and gave me some other thoughts and ideas that would go well for the new couch I came in for. I later came back with measurements, and they were able to order and make a custom L-​shape couch for my living room. Perfect to my measurements, style, color, quality and firmness. They delivered the next week and I couldn’t be happier! It’s soooo comfortable, beautiful and at such a great price! I even had the option of firmness, which was a huge plus. I had a dinner party the other night and I got plenty of compliments. I don’t know why anyone would go to ikea. I highly recommend Alex Furniture!
