While I was browsing the many counters of jewelry and collectibles, I noticed that one of the staff members was being extremely rude and loud with another customer. And when I asked to see an item that was behind glass, I felt like I was bothering the guy who reluctantly opened the case. I asked him a question about the origin of a piece, and his only response was «uh-​huh». Wow.
While my dad was looking at some collectibles, the guy asked him «have you seen enough?». Ummmm, not sure what his deal was, but that was very rude and made us uncomfortable. We weren’t even touching anything!
I don’t like being treated like a child, therefore, I won’t be returning to this unfriendly establishment.

When I walked in an began to browse the display cases, I was overwhelmed but excited at the massive selection of bling jewelry! My next thought was that I had found my jewelry destination. The great thing to me was that it was all sorted by color, so if you need something in a particular color scheme, it is all in one area. Although I felt I could stay for hours looking at everything, I later realized that unless I had a friend with me, no one was going to speak to me. When I approached the lady behind the counter with a «I love this store!», I was met with a blank stare and no smile. I quickly realized the sign next to the door that said ‘this is not a McDonald’s playground’ spoke volumes — that this is not a happy place. But it is a place with a lot of great vintage jewelry.

This was the most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had in any establishment, retail or otherwise! I will never ever, ever, ever go there again. Not only was the owner horribly rude she was also a horrible cheat. She was hired to do a few repairs and gave me a quote. When I went to pick up the work (they never called me to tell me that anything was finished) she tells me that the most expensive piece could not be done, then gives me the SAME amount due for the other pieces. I confront her and she refuses to not scam me. She covered the original receipt (I lost mine) and refuses to let me see it. They are horrible horrible lying cheats and I urge no one to use their business!!!
