This place did a wonderful job on my wifes car. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get some body work done on there car. The paint job was fantastic and was very pleased with all the work done. This place was very professional and exceeded my expectations because nowadays there isnt many businesses that acommedate to there customers and this place does just that. ask for Ben, thats the owner very nice and friendly and very helpful. They did an amazing job, this is the 2^nd time I had to get my car repaired. because of the 1^st time experience I chose them again… Great choice too !! .consistent, ethical just to name a few of what I think of this body shop. Central Collision Center was good to me. After my accident I dropped off my vehicle and was told that I would get a call the next day with an estimate. I got a call the next day with the estimate as well as an estimated completion date. Throughout the whole process, they called me letting me know how far along they were, so I never felt out of the loop. Sure enough, my vehicle was ready and repaired at the time they promised. It was a simple and easy process which is all you can ask for when having to get repairs on your vehicle. Great communication and repair work — I’ll definitely use them again and again when needed. SO, first and foremost, I went in to take my car due to an accident that occurred with my car, and he served me with such amazing comfort and customer service. They told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, and they meant their word! Throughout the 2 weeks, they would check in with
Me and update me about my car. I really appreciated that and had a peace of mind. When I finally got my car back; everything was amazing.
I HIGHLY recommend this collision center!!!
Secondly, 2 weeks later my car had an engine problem and they served me with even more amazing service! Bottom line, I highly highly recommend these people!

Awesome service! Awesome work! These guys truly surpassed my expectations. Very few people out there know how to work with fiber glass! However I was fortunate enough to find Central Collision and would recommend to all my friends and family. I was referred by the valet company that scratched my car so I was worried at first but they were surprisingly great!
They accommodated to my schedule in every way and throughout the process stayed very professional! I was first worried if they would really cover all costs & rental as stated, but they covered all my rental fees and kept true to their word.
The workers are honest and professional and my car looks spankin’ new!

Got into an accident on the way to work in Beverly Hills at 7am. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. I was referred to Haik at Central Collision Center and a serious weight was lifted off my shoulders. He had my car towed, gave me instructions for the rental pickup, coordinated the adjuster, and everything else. All I had to do was go in and sign a release for them to work on my car and then pick it up. Amazing.
The work was also amazing. My red car that will show any imperfection, looks brand new. Very happy with the service and the work at Central Collision and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

It was a headache free experience to come to this autobody shop. Ben took care of everything in such a short period of time. I was just there for 5 – 10 minutes, no wait time at all. Their Glendale shop is small but you’ll be surprised of their customer service, amazing! He even dropped me off to enterprise so I don’t have to wait long for enterprise to pick me up. Never thought I would experience this in a small independent autobody shop and I’m glad i trusted my guts when I read their reviews here on Unilocal.Such a good experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a good autobody shop.

Central collision center did everything to keep a smile on my face. I highly recommend this place for any car inquires. As a first time costumer I was completely satisfied with the excellent work. It had not even been a solid week I got my new car, and within that first week I got hit by another person slamming their door open so quickly it dented my car pretty badly, which I was so annoyed and mad about. The moment I got my car hit I fell into panic, luckily I was referred to Central collision center. This place did their absolute best with getting my car ready on time like they promised, which they actually did. I really loved how they were on top of their business, calling me and making sure I was updated on every information about my car. Everything happened so quick, I had my car fixed in no matter of 3 days looking like a brand new car like the first day I got it. Also, they were kind enough to offer a rental car while my car was getting fixed. Once my car was ready to be picked up they also offered to have someone pick me up to drop me off at the shop to get my car knowing that I was car-​less.
Overall I give this place a five star. I loved how they actually take good care of their costumers needs. God forbid I get hit again, but if anything I know where to come and who to come too.

Great body shop! Made my experience headache free. I received my car couple of days earlier then promised, which is impossible from most body shops now days, you have to be on the phone with them daily for you to get your own car back. I Recently took my Sentra here for minor body work after someone hit my car while parked outside my house, The service was making from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. I was called regularly to update me on status and was told my car would be a week and had finished before that. I highly recommend this shop to my friends and family for further repairs, great place I will coming back in the future.

One of our corporate cars had a dent on the passenger door and a the front bumper was damaged as a result of a hit and run.
This was our first time going through getting the body of the car fixed and I’m so glad we chose to go with Central Collision Center. These guys exceeded our expectation and left us impressed.
The owner was very nice and extremely professional. I liked his attention to detail and that he genuinely cared about providing the best experience and service. He was great at communicating with us by calling whenever there was a status update or crucial information that needed our attention.
The guys did an outstanding job! The car looked brand new, like nothing had happened to it. It was super clean and ready to drive off.
I was also impressed when they explained and showed in detail what repairs have been done to the car and most importantly why. The owner seems to be an honorable and trustworthy individual.
Overall, I would highly recommend taking your car to this shop because they will literally take a great care of you and your car. Period.

It was first accident with my brand new car, because of Central Collision, my bad experience and upset turned to the excitement.
It is really trouble now days dealing with the different insurances, claims and so on. They make you feel that they don’t trust you and finally you can end-​up with helpless situation after the accident, fortunately I got right body shop.
First of all, I got quick response from the Central Collision, after calling and leaving voice mails with 5 different other body shops, it seems others never call me back.
Secondly, professional staff and mostly the owner of the Central Collision (I believe his name is Ben) know that you don’t have any time to deal with the issues you never touched in your life (body work, parts, painting,). I got free rent a car for one week, after I have received my car in excellent condition, it seems nothing happened with it.
In addition, I got life time warranty for body work they have done. So excited!
Finally, they delivered my car, because I didn’t have time to pick it up. Thanks, to all professional staff of the body shop, I would definitely recommend it to my bodies.
P. S. I have so surprised finding a note of free oil change in my car.

I sadly needed to have my Porsche repaired by Central Collision Center. Like most owners of these cars I keep our car in perfect condition and have very high expectations if any type of service is needed on my car. This company exceeded my expectations. My car looked brand new when they were done with the repair. The service was great. I worked with Ben. He is very personable and made everything easy for me. The car was ready right when they told me it would be. I highly recommend this company to any discerning Porsche, Mercedes-​Benz, BMW or other expensive car owners.

I could go into details but there are way too many. What I will say is that the service I received was nothing but impecable. I can’t say enough about the entire staff as well as the quality of work this facility provides. I definitely will be a repeat customer and continue referring others.
You know what? I cannot hold myself… here are some details…
I was so upset when I heard that my car was hit from behind, my gf was driving it and thankfully she was fine. I was upset because not only was it practically brand new but also because now I would have to deal with insurance and repairs. Our insurance is Statefarm, however the person who hit us had Mercury. I originally wanted to get my repairs done by the mercedes dealership however a friend of mine recommended Central Collision Center.
The person who helped me was Ben and he made the whole process quick, easy and painless.
You don’t feel like your walking into a typical body shop when you go there. The whole building is huge and the front office is very nice. They even offer a free delivery service. So I did not have to call 5 friends trying to get a ride to the body shop to pick up my car. Ben send an UBER to pick me up. There was no wait time. Got there signed a few papers and I was out of there!!!
These guys do outstanding work and are the most professional body shop I have been too. I will continue to return to Central Collision Center whenever I need work done on any of my cars. I am recommending this place to all Unilocal FRIENDS/​buddies; If you need anything done/​repair go see this guys. THEY DO GOOD WORK.

This year my car got hit 4 times, all the times it has been fixed by Central collision center, my car looks like new, you could never tell it’s been damaged.

I have been here to fix my car. My car had damage at front bumper and rear bumper. And I met ben who is the owner, he said he is gonna take care of this, and it’s gonna be like brand new. Actually I don’t trust him at that time because the bodyshop guys are always lying so much. But one weeks later, I realized he is the best!!! Now my car looks like new one. Color matching is perfect-​!!! It’s really perfect-!!
They did better then Toyota. I’m not kidding-​!!!
