Chilian Irina, MD

Dr. evidently moved, left no address. I am epileptic and needed medications. No one answered phones or left a forwarding address. I was left without medication till I found an emergency Dr. who Rx me my meds to stop my seizures. I am filing a complaint with the board so other patients be aware. She moved from Glendale to Duarte but GEEEZ, I cant believe her irresponsibility towards her patients. I am not the only one complaining of this, please read and you will see other similar complaints. I hope you will not fall victim to this uncaring irresponsible Dr. and her secretary are liars. They should not be in caring or in any professional fields.

Dr. Irina Chilian has been wonderful and has made a huge difference in my daily health and functioning. She helped me work successfully through and manage two different neurological issues, with which my previous neurologist had not been able to help me. Dr. Chilian knew what to do and took the time to document my care in my file and write a letter of medical necessity, well enough that her office manager, Kara, was able to spend hours on the phone with my health insurance company to obtain two authorizations that are typically very difficult to obtain. Those authorizations allowed me to have testing and medicine that have revolutionized my daily health. Those authorizations had been denied under my previous neurologist: because he didn’t document things well and because his office staff just didn’t do things; they didn’t even call me back once in my whole experience with them. In contrast, Dr. Irina Chilian has demonstrated advanced clinical expertise, medical and practical wisdom, and thoroughness. Kara, her office manager, has been wonderful as well and has gone the extra mile to take care of me, over and over.

i will finish with short review she is good with prescribing medication but she is not serious at all with patient she and her secretary both are liars every time we call them they keep changing infos, and if we excepting phone calls from them they will never call you back every time we call them they say different thinks doesn’t match the previous. so with one word they are liars.
