Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle tries too hard to be more upscale than it is, and reflects it in the pricing. $ 2 for a shot of guacamole? I like chipotle food, it’s solid. But it’s fast food. Nothing more. I was disappointed to see after the E. coli outbreak a lack of response in the storefront. I mean, food handling was great. But there were no specials, nothing to get customers excited about the future. The customer service was average, nothing extra. $ 10 for a steak burrito. WTH. It was not $ 5 better than the comparable carne asana I ordered from Federico’s last week. Chipotle needs to lower prices. I wouldn’t mind a drive thru either. The menu is simple enough. I don’t like the hassle of waiting in line while hundreds of people pass by and talk all around the food, leave that for Subway cold cuts. Lower prices, specials, drive thru… or Chipotle is game over within 2 years.

I’ve probably been to this location at least 100 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the portions are good, and the food is always delicious. This is my favorite Chipotle in the valley.

Came here like 4 weeks ago, I don’t really like this place. Cheap food ever. Came here because I made a promise and it was a dare.

The only time I was disappointed was when they told us there is no chips or guac, but then again it was closing time, that was pretty much expected! Ha!

This location is great. Kinda small and the parking lot can be a zoo. But awesome service nonetheless.

I love chipotle but this location was terrible. They started my burrito with small portion of rice and meat then a huge scoop of salsa and guacamole. My burrito was cold to the touch because of the massive scoop of guacamole i couldnt even finish it. It was like the burrito was sitting in a refrigerator for over an hour. I won’t be back here. It’s worth driving a little further to a better location

Always amazing service and great food. It’s clean by far, one of my favorite places for a quick dinner and It helps that their food is always fresh.

I normally enjoy chiptole, but poor service and mismanagement will keep me away from this location.
Let me note that I have always had issues with this location and the training of the people that serve the food. They act like the portions they are dispersing are coming out of their salary. Even the lettuce and beans are light. Note to manager’s if there are any, train your employees!
Today they were out of chicken and forks. The chicken sat on the back counter until the employee responsible for cutting it sauntered out like he just got off break and couldn’t care less that people were waiting.

Chipotle you let me down. I come to your establishments regularly and this location something is not right.
1. The cleanliness is downright gross. Food scraps on the floor. Tables not wiped down. Chairs looking in dire need of replacement.
2. No customary greeting! I always rewarded with a smile but today which was not busy at all and two customers in front of me no one smiled. Maybe it was just a bad day for the team members.
3. Cashier took forever. It’s like she deliberately let the line stack up until she took noticed.

I love chipotles and I go to this one because it’s near where I reside. The food is good I’ve had a bunch of different things there to eat and I’ll always come back.

Very clean store, and very polite and professional staff. I like that it is in the area with the other shops but that it’s separate so you don’t have to fight traffic.

Service is good but they always seem to run out of food when I am there. Never have chicken cooked and I always have to wait for them to cook more. Addressed it with the supervisor who apologized and gave me a free meal. Last night 04÷22÷15 they were out of Tortillas. Boo!

I refuse to ever go to this chipotle again, the staff is unprofessional-​probably because they all look and act like 5 year olds. Everytime I go its normally right before they close and its PACKED, yet they won’t serve anymore guacamole or bell peppers or anything else if they are out (they have more in the back) horrible customer service! I’d rather spend my money elsewhere

Where do I even start? I hope the owners of this franchise read this review and take it as seriously as possible. This was the 4^th time visiting this place, and it was 4 times to many. Let’s start with the employees, rude and unprofessional. Clearly never trained on customer service or food handling. Management should be responsible for hiring quality people. This place looks like it’s ran by high school students also pretty clear they have no management skills judging by how EVERY SINGLE VISIT they had some excuse on why they had either no steak no barbqua no guaq, or white rice. I’ve been to many chipotles that are jam packed of people, and the staff and food is always on point. This chipotle can’t even handle the small amount of disappointed customers it gets. Let’s talk about quality of food. Gross, rubber steak burnt chicken and stale chips. Even the water doesn’t taste filtered. Don’t eat here, if you want chipotle drive 4.2 miles north to the next one.

I love chipotles chips and guacamole. But today when I got my side of chips and guac, the entire bag was horrible, completely greasy, when you bit it the chip didn’t even break apart cause it was so chewy. Worst bag of chips ever. How can they sell chips like that?! Take some pride in what you give your customers. If you know it doesn’t look right, fix it. Not sell it anyway

This was my first time ever going to this restaurant. Being Hispanic I am used to authentic Mexican food so I was spectacle. I got the quesadilla kids meal. It came with a side of rice and beans. It was very good. The food was fresh and tasty. I also enjoyed the chips it comes with. I also had a taste of the bowls. I tried the steak and everything was good quality. I will definitely go again.

The food is always delicious. The freshest best sourced ingredients prepared fresh each day! The selection is perfect with the right amount of options. My favorite is a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, fajitas, chicken, fresh tomato mild salsa, and guacamole. The chips are amazing, made fresh each day. Even during their peak hours, the line moves very quickly. 15 people in front of me today and I had my food in about 5 minutes. I haven’t tried it yet, but the margaritas look yummy. The employees working are always super friendly, they actually visit the dining room to check on the food and ensure the tables are clean.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I go to Chipotle a lot. I went there for lunch today and got a steak burrito and put the usual rice, beans, Pico, cheese, sour cream, and I get guac on the side. The steak had barely any flavor and was very chewy. It was like half of my pieces were gristle. The guacamole I put on the burrito with a fork because they slop it on otherwise; it had no flavor and the color was off as well. I pretty much go to Chipotle for the guacamole and this was the worst I had. $ 10 for this burrito was way overpriced and I ended up throwing much of it away because of the lack of flavor. The line was so long I didn’t want to complain but this makes me think twice about visiting this location.

They were out of cheese?!? What Mexican food restaurant is out of cheese? The guy that was in the process of making our burritos prepped our food up until we noticed they were out of cheese! So he casually walks back to «look» for some cheese but came back and said they were out? To be quite honest their customer service recently has gone down hill. It just seems like whenever you ask them to make something other than a burrito they give you attitude? We won’t be going back to this particular chipotle, they have lost some dedicated customers for life.
