Customer service is not as bad as I expected. Our return transaction was fast & painless. And like a good salespersons/manager, Mario offered us exchange. I don’t mind that professionalism. He asked us to come back for more selection in a while. And hopefully we will. And Crocs will have to thank associate/manager like him

love crocs… wish they were cheaper– they have so many styles now instead of the dumb clog looking things i first got… and yes the other reviews about staff being unhelpful are true but how much help do you really need at a croc store. try them on and if you like them buy them… i almost reather be left alone at a store liek this. i hate the pushy retail staff you get at some places.

I came here twice within about a month because I needed some more office-appropriate shoes than my current crocs. I had to go twice because the first time I went in I was literally the only person in the store, WEARINGMYOWNCROCS, and the girl at the register didn’t glance up ONCE at me. she was just behind the counter, texting or whatever, but concentrating on the phone. it’s a pretty small store, so i’m pretty sure she could hear me and see me through her peripheral vision, but after walking around for a couple minutes and glancing her way now and then and getting Nothing, i pretty much stormed off, not wanting the store to have any business from me, not wanting her to get a dime of commission if they work on commission. But then I went again a couple weeks later the day before Mother’s Day and because parking had been such a terrible ordeal, made myself walk around the mall to make the trip«worth it» and stopped in at Crocs, which was surprisingly busy. there were two clean-cut young men at the counter, one with a sort of managerial air and a Zack Morris hairstyle, and though they couldn’t really walk around the store too much because there was always people in line, they’d look at people and acknowledge their presence and say hi and all the stuff that I’d previously taken for granted but now realized I couldn’t. As a store, i mean, heck, they sell crocs. their selection isn’t as vast as the online store, but then again, the size of the store itself is probably comparable to that of a typical bedroom. pretty small. so yes, they sell crocs, and the service ranges from a 1 to a 3. hence, two stars from me.

The worst service ever in a shoe store. Usually, around the Holidays, it is impossible to go anywhere without getting mobbed by staff. At Crocs Glendale, they look at you like a jerk if you ask a question. I wasted 10 minutes meandering about the store, came back twice in vain to find help, and left without getting something I wanted to buy. If Crocs goes broke it’s not for want of people who would buy their product, it’s for crummy service. Big, fat zero here.
