WOW! These guys are absolutely amazing and have all the knowledge in the business. I was in and out of the store within minutes, got the help I needed, and within a few days received my computer. I called around many different companies to help me set up my networking in my office from computers, printers, to phone wires and anything that has to do with connections and protections for my company with computer based.
I spoke with Artin who was very helpful and was straight to the point and answer all my questions before getting to them myself. I also met Alfred, partner of Artin who was very knowledgeable when it came to IT work and networking. These guys came and installed everything in my office and helped me set up my business within one day. Good honest guys, brought in an older PC that was running super slow and asked about adding memory and/​or upgrading. Spent 20 minutes with me, looked at it, said it wasn’t worth the time or money, gave me recommendations for a new PC (which they won’t get a dime for), and didn’t charge me. Thanks for the honest advice and help, will definitely go back.

Usually computer problems are a pain in the butt, but I got referred here from a friend and service was quick and easy. They actually finished repairing my laptop quicker than planned at a very reasonable price too. I’ll definitely be back since my parents love to hang on to their old computers.

Great customer service is a rarity these days but the guys here treat you like a friend and there are no hidden agendas. Prices were explained up front so no surprises. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work fellas.

I brought my laptop for repair after it started making a loud whirring noise and showed a warning message of imminent hardware failure. Never a good thing. I chose Daily Computing Solutions because it had a convenient location, long hours posted (10 – 7 pm), and offered a free diagnostic work-​up. Unfortunately, only the location turned out as expected. My bad experience entailed:
1. Arriving at 10:00 to drop off my computer, and they didn’t open their doors until 10:40 — even though the sign clearly stated open at 10.
2. Calling multiple times and never having anyone pick up.
3. Waiting an extra day compared to what they promised for a diagnostic.
4. Getting an INCOMPLETE diagnostic on my computer –they did not check the fan or other parts as I mentioned in my original complaint.
5. Getting a HIGH price for repairs (the parts cost $ 100 so i guess they planned to charge $ 250 in labor!!!) — with no guarantee that the repair would take since a full diagnostic wasn’t done.
5. Coming by to pick up my computer at 4:00 after deciding not to use their repair service and the shop is inexplicably CLOSED again.
6. Calling to arrange a time to get my computer and nobody picks up because they are never open.
HINTS:
1. If you really need to get a hold of somebody, try pressing the «sales» extension. That’s how I finally got somebody to pick up the phone and locate my computer.
2. Don’t come here if you are in ANY rush to have your computer fixed.
3. Don’t be lazy like me — drive to pasadena or burbank to get real computer help. I ended up using «Connectionz Computer Repair» in Pasadena with great results for $ 150 less than this outfit quoted me.
4. Ask around for a better price– don’t take their quote at face value.

This place is great. They get to work asap and dont spare any BS. I found them off Unilocal and went in, they treated me as if i were a lifelong customer. Very happy i found these guys and i recommend them to anyone with any kind of computer/​website problems!
