When I was looking to replace my couch and chair that I purchased from Living Spaces I remembered a store that I purchased from years ago but could not remembered the name, but did remember it was on Brand – well I went there and was greeted by Tina. I told her what I was looking for and my problem with L.S. with the couch. I wanted to make sure that their delivery service would be able to horst it up over my balcony-​no problem — -I am very happy with the service I received from both Tina and Meryl—

I bought a beautiful couch that is perfect for my new home! It was delivered promptly and looks great. Meryl was extremely helpful. Overall a great experience.

I needed to change my den around and had no ideas of where to start. I came here and spoke to Meryl and her sister Tina. Meryl came to my house and took measurements and laid it all out for me. She didn’t push me into getting rid of things I wanted to keep, she worked around them.
Today they delivered all my furniture and Meryl met them here and told them where to place everything.
Let me tell you, we LOVE everything!!! This will be my go to place for all my furniture, decorating advise and I trust everything she says.
Again if you are looking, look no further this place is amazing!!!

This review is about the customers service and NOT about the quality of the furniture.
My husband and I went in over a month ago to buy a sectional. Meryl was there to help us and she was very helpful and told us that the sectional would take about 2 weeks. That was better than Z Gallarie that told us 8 – 10 weeks. So we made the purchase.
2 weeks later, I called to check on status, she told me she will call the manufacturer and call me back with the status. She called back about 5 mins later and said that it will be another week due to them closing for Labor day holiday. OKAY… That is not my problem, but she never called to give us a status before I called. Strike one!
Another week goes by (3 weeks now) and still NO sectional! Errrrr, my husband and I both called and she said she will call the manufacturer again to check on status. She calls back, nope they are not ready, so wait another week. WTF, like tell me that the first time I call and not give me the week by week bullsh! t. OR how about call the customer before they call you??? Now there’s a concept. Strike two!
Finally week 4, she calls and says that they couch is at her store and will be delivered so she scheduled a time with my husband for delivery. He cancels 3 of his meetings to accommodate the delivery window. GUEST what!!! The sectional NEVER came that day! We called to check status AGAIN, then she goes «Oh the delivery guys didn’t take it, cause they have to scotch guard it.» ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why didn’t she pick up the freaking phone to convey this to us??? LACK of communication. What does she do all day? Like really? Strike three!!!
My husband had to call the delivery guys directly and schedule the delivery. Are you tired yet? Cause we were over IT!!! The guys finally came to deliver our sectional and guess what? They put 2 huge holes in our wall up our stairway. YEP damaged our property. We decided not to call and even hassle with them as we are so over dealing with them. Sorry but I can’t even muster up the energy to call and complain again. Game OVER!
The quality of the sectional is great, we love it. But the lack of customer service makes us not want to buy there again. Sorry but we would’ve have did so much more business with them but I can’t take it.

I absolutely love this store! There are so many unique styles of furniture and all the accessories that complete your décor, add that special signature that is strictly yours!
Meryl and Tina are helpful and understand a person’s need for quality and value that won’t break your budget. They work with you to ensure you are beyond satisfied and find ways to stay within your budget.
Meryl is an interior designer, so if you don’t want to concern yourself with the many little details, she will do it for you. They have several services available for creating your dreams, if you so desire. I recently looked at before and after pictures of Meryl’s work, and was blown away with the final results. What a difference it makes when a professional designer creates such ambiance throughout a living
space!
I highly recommend visiting the store and look at the many types of furniture and accessories offered. Feel free to ask questions too, they’re really helpful! People always ask me where I purchase my furniture because it looks lovely in my home and on my patios.

Meryl and Tina at Designers are absolutely the best in the business. They are so helpful from start to finish and really take their time to make sure you are 100% happy. Their customer service is unrivaled by anyone else that I have met in the furniture business. This is just the bonus though. Their furniture is of the highest quality and everything in their store is beautiful. Meryl actually drove out to my house and took extensive measurements and put together a 3D drawing. From there, she advised me on what was «in» right now and helped me select furnishings for my entire house. After I made all of my selections, Meryl and Tina both made sure that everything was delivered on time and even drove back out to my house during several deliveries to ensure everything was perfect. They are on top of the latest trends in furnishings and I would not trust buying furniture or anything else for my house with anyone else besides Meryl, Tina and Designers. Thank you for everything! I would be lost without you!

Great furniture, love my new dining room chairs, they are really comfy and beautiful in my downtown loft. They go well with the dining table which has that nice old woodsy feel from Restoration Hardware. It’s great to mix and match pieces to create lovely textures just as I do with my mixed media art works.
I was so relieved to find the perfect chairs after a day of searching…
Tina was very kind and text me photo’s of the chairs so I was able to show them to my friend who is helping me decorate my home.
I am very excited with these chairs and the quality is excellent made in the USA…

First off, let me begin by saying that I am an Interior Designer, and I am a very careful with my selection of stores I shop from, where I bring my clients, and where I shop personally for myself. I came across this store while shopping for King size white upholstered bed in an off white velvet. I spoke with Tina, and Meryl who are the owners of the store, I was very impressed with both of these lovely ladies. I explained exactly what I had been looking for, and they worked with me to custom order my bed. I am very happy with my recent purchase. It was ordered, delivered and assembled in the time frame that I was promised. I would highly recommend shopping at Designers Furniture Resource.

I just got a sofa delivered yesterday from designers furniture. I ordered it on black Friday when they were having a big sale & I got it in 1 week. I was so excited to get a phone call from Tina who helped me to pick out the fabric & put it all together. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Everything in the store is so cute & very inspiring.

We have been furniture shopping at Designers since the mid-​nineties. If you are looking for furniture for your house, office, or even studio rentals, then you my friend are in the right place. Great service, very patient salespeople, experienced, family owned, and very pleasant. If you’d like to pick up a piece from the show room or bring your furniture measurements in for a custom made piece, they do it all! They will listen to you and they will help you every step of the way to mix and match the pieces, fabric choices, and accessories. And, their furniture is built to last (no pressed wood stuff!!!). A great showroom with great ambiance in a great location!
