After having a horrific head on collision and feeling as if the other parties insurance company wasn’t going to even pay my medical bills I was referred to Mr Strohs office I was told «you will like him, he will take care of you and he’s a regular guy». I called his office after an exceptionally upsetting appointment at a orthopedics office and was told to come right over. Duane listened to me, assured me I had a case and instructed me on how to proceed
He fought for me when the other parties insurance lowballed a settlement offer. Through this whole process he was always available to me, calm, kind and considerate
Without him and his assistant Maria I am sure I would have been lucky if even my medical bills would have been covered let alone my loss of wages
I would like to add that Maria was a life saver for me. I had numerous Doctors who took their time writing the necessary reports, money problems because of my loss of wages after the accident and lots of stress at home MANY times I called Maria beside myself with anxiety, very emotional and ALWAYS she spoke calmly and assured me that it would be ok that the most important thing was that I was taken care of and that she and Duane were fighting for me. I can not thank her enough for her concern and of course her and Duane’s professionalism

I don’t why anyone would go elsewhere — Attorney Stroh was my first and last stop.
Came highly-​referred, and by numerous members of my YMCA — in the locker room — where long-​time friends talk and men know.
@ (Friends also gave me a spot-​on referral to an orthopedic surgeon in N. Glendale that was equally spot-​on)
I had NO CLUE behind my injury — I was afraid — unable to walk — badly needed major quadriceps tendon repair, etc.
Knee surgery — and not just a quick nip-​and-​tuck — I was literally ambulatory the moment I went down — frozen.
Terrified — what’d happened?!
I was in a-​COMPLETE-​state-​of-​shock — something sudden/​horrible happens and we go into shock — this was where I was back in late January.
Attorney Stroh and his awesome assistant (Maria) made me feel comfortable, welcome, helped calm me down a lot.
The most apparent thing is that Attorney Stroh’s a-​class-​act, there are no gimmicks, no punchlines, no slickness —
The antithesis of personal-​injury-​attorneys played by various SNL members over the years —

That’s it —
He goes into analysis mode — visits the scene when applicable and possible — his office even took pictures of the accident scene.
Attorney Stroh doesn’t «maybe» you and neither does Maria.
If they can help you, if there’s culpability and liability — they will.
They’ll ask you to do one or two things — the office might need you to follow up on hospital bills that’d be harder for them to get —
But this is an easy-​to-​get-​to, quiet, calm area — it’s right off the 210 — luckily for me I live in this area now and have gotten to know it well.
There’s tons of unbelievably convenient street parking in addition to Attorney Stroh’s law office — shared by other esteemed, noteworthy and well known attorneys.
I can honestly tell you this office, this attorney, this attorney’s assistant — was the difference in my attitude towards an unbelievably awful and untimely accident/​injury.
I was from complete-​despair (all of the accrued bills, surgery, time in bed/​ambulatory, i.e. completely responsibility for the accident) —
To instant and immediate hope.
The fact the office returns calls and even emails on a timely/​courteous manner — ?
Has really put me on the road to recovery —

I hired Duane Stroh to assist me when I saw that I had no other choice but to file a bankruptcy. I was scared to death! Mr. Stroh took me under his wing and gave me the comfort that I needed. The need to know that I was doing the right thing. He took care of everything for me. He would even take my ‘spare of the moment’ calls when I needed reassuring. He never charged me extra for the calls. I felt he really cared.
His staff is wonderful. They were sensitive to the anxieties that I was feeling. They were all very helpful, professional and friendly every step of the way.

Duane has a right hand lady named Maria that is so friendly, down-​to-​earth, and most importantly, on top of her stuff.
I was in an accident and my «usual» accident attorney told me my case wouldn’t make HIM enough money to be worth it… so I went to Duane.
I got my medical bills taken care of and a little cash for myself.
