Didn’t make it into the dr office yet but the receptionist was the worst, they all had attitudes and didn’t treat me with any respect. They were very argumentative when it came to verifying info with my carrier, even hung the phone up on us. I’m here in the waiting livid. Hope the doctor has better service than this. If if wasn’t an emergency I would have never came. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but it wouldn’t let me use none!!! So I finally make it into Doctor Brezel examination room and he seemed very informative and actually had taken actions that no other dermatologist has taken upon the first visit. I let him know that I was displeased with the customer service and he actually blamed it on my insurance company not giving proper information on their website. I actually tried to correct the issue at hand by having a live representative on the phone with his staff but he insisted that if the wrong information wasn’t given there wouldn’t have been an issue. I just feel that your receptionist are the first people that you see and talk to when you go into a business and they should be very professional. Because they are they first people that you encounter when you go to a doctors office. I feel that the negativity should not outshine the good that this doctor has done in one visit. But I will be going back for my follow up and I will keep everyone updated.

Ive had a great experience, but would suggest to get early appointments, like when the open it tends to get crowded later in the day

Went to see Dr. Brezel for the same rashes that I wrote about on a post. Must say that Dr. Brezel did take the time to remedy my rash condition to my fullest satisfaction. I would like to just take the time to thank Dr. Brezel for being patient with my condition.

Some unhappy former employee must have gone out of her way to write this. Really nice doctor, great service. Would he be in business for so many years at the same location if he wasn’t? Come on people.

He really is a nasty man, and I agree with Steve G’s post. I was in there for some spots I noticed on my legs, the pills he prescribed to help gave me major migraines so for my follow up visit I told him I couldnt continue taking them bev=cause my headaches were so bad I couldnt concentrate at work, etc. He told me to take them anyway, I continued to to tell him that the migraines were REALLY bad, something Ive never experienced and his reply was «what do you want me to do then if you dont want to take them» ??? I couldnt believe it, i asked him if there is another option and he said «no» and stood quiet until I said «ok is this it then?» and he said «dont be stupid» I was so shocked I just wanted to go. Hes unprofessional so please poeple do not go to him!
