Louis Vuitton Glendale Bloomingdale’s

I just had one of the best customer service experience. Manager Josh Mcginn treated me like every client should be treated. I had an issue with my wallet. There was some damage on the leather after months of owning it. I explained to him my situation and within 2 minutes he was exchanging my wallet for a new wallet. No questions asked. Obviously I was being honest since I was in their system. Once again Thank you Josh. You’ve exceeded my expectations and due to your great customer service, I will remain a Happy and Loyal customer to Louis Vuitton. Thanks Again

I went here for the first time this last Sunday in search of a Berri PM that was sold out online. The store was pretty busy but I was greeted promptly by Sophia who was more than happy to help me. I don’t agree with another reviewer that they judge you based on how you’re dressed. I was wearing a tank top, jeans, and flip flops and received fantastic customer service. Sophia was more than patient while I stared at the bag to be 1000% sure this was the purchase I wanted to make and once I decided and checked out she made sure to go over the proper care of the bag with me. The store is small and they don’t have everything on display, but considering I used to go to the Topanga store which is easily 30 minutes from my house, the 10 minute drive to this location is worth it. I would definitely return!

Alyssa is definitely the go to girl at the LV store. She’s not only nice but she is NOT a pushy sales person that we all know and hate. I told her I might not purchase today and yet she gave me her time as if I was going to buy million dollars worth of things!! She knows how to show you new items and shows you the benefit in your purchase. I haven’t had a great sales experience in a long time. Thanks Alyssa !! Next time I decide on a purchase I will come to her and so should all of you!

This is our go-​to LV Store… Pinky helped my husband find me the perfect bag. She also followed up with a kind message a few days after. I appreciated that very much. SInce they are a smaller store you can call ahead of time to make sure your bag is in stock. if its not it will take a couple days for the store to arrive.
Also — since its inside the Bloomingdales you can rack up Loyalists points =)

I love going to this Louis Vuttion location in Glendale galleria because it is closer to my house and all the Louis Vuitton workers are Nice and Friendly and they have good coustomer service and its inside my favorite store Bloomingdales

The store at the Glendale Galleria in California needs to have management go through a customer service training. My husband went to the store last night and was assisted by a great sales person. Nayirie. Unfortunately he chose the LV print with the vacetta leather and I really wanted the checker print. We walked in today for my birthday and the manager not only convinced me to return the bag and wallet my husband purchased for me but he messed up my birthday. He made me feel as well We are not good enough for the brand. He even told me, if you dont like it return it. I am so disappointed with my experience because I really wanted to wear my bag. I really think he needs to have someone teach him how to work with people like myself. He totally made me feel like we could not afford the «brand» mind you i own plenty of other brands and have worked for a high end retail store selling handbags and I would have never treated a customer like this. Oh and the person who helped me with a LATINO MANAGER. HOW SAD THAT HE WOULD TREAT MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE THIS. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. GO TO AN ACTUAL LV STORE.

Well, I have been a fan of Chanel bags but it is time to buy some Louis Vuitton. I went there and there were 3 employees that i saw. I like to dress in my plain t shirt, a pair of shorts and flip flop. I walked in there, No one said «Hi» to me. Ok, maybe they were helping other customers answering their questions and showing a bag to a lady. So i went to look around for what kind of bags do i want to get. The store itself dont have much displays of the bags. So, i decided to go online and browse at the bags that they have. Until a tall, plump, caucasian male in his late 30s approached me and said «Hi, how can i help you» with the look of «What are you doing here? This is not Old Navy». He did look at me from head to toe and i felt uncomfy for a minute there. Then, i just realized that i had been browsing online for a good 15 minutes. Then, i told him to get a few bags for me to look at. The Artsy MM empreinte leather, the Artsy MM Monogram Canvas, The Alma BB, an empreinte leather wallet and the Métis handbag. So he got it all out and i began to inspect the structure of the bags, trying them on one by one looking at the mirror and see if i like it. Apparently, the person might not like me because i chose to see 5 items at once? or maybe because he thought i could not afford anything from the store. Thats alright. No big deal. I got the same treatment the first time i went to Beverly Hills Chanel. So, i liked 4 items and told the person i would like to purchase everythinf except the Métis handbag. His face changed all of a sudden. When is this NOT about commission (money)? I also noticed the Empreinte leather Bagatelle bag at the top most of the display, i told him i would like that bag too, just pack it right away with the rest of the items. And he said, your credit card. I said no. Debit card. Then he smiled in a extra friendly way. Well, i guess this is all about money, and not service. I paid and waited for a while for my boyfriend to come and help carry the big boxes of Vuitton. I regret not getting his name. Then a few weeks after i purchased the bags, i went back to buy some accessories for my bags. Danielle helped me and i asked her where is that guy now. She told me that he had been transferred to Vuitton Century City (Promotion). I was like… ok no bad mouthing. She serviced me way better than the used to be her manager guy. Please dont judge on how i dress. You dont know me. Clearly, i am a girl who chooses comfort over style in dressing up.

I had to send a wallet for repair that i bought less than a year ago because the stitches were coming apart, it makes me question the quality louis vuitton has maybe because most of the merchandise are not being imported from europe but made locally IMO its rather disappointing.
Soomi choi was very professional and helpful through the whole process. It takes about 3−4weeks for the repairs to get done, its available for store pick up or they can mail it to u with no additional cost. Most of the SA here that i have encountered so far are welcoming and not pretentious.

Amazing customer service!
I feel bad for forgetting the SA who helped me get my first LV wallet but she was so nice and helpful. She showed me many different wallets and helped me choose one in the end! Even though I didn’t buy much, I was treated like my money and presence was valued.

All the times that I have been here to purchase my bags. I always get great costumer service and they all been very helpful & friendly!

Service and everything is like every other LV store. What I don’t like about this particular location is that since its smaller than most, for a lot of their bags they don’t carry more than one in stock. So when you want to buy something the one you get is going to be the one displayed. I asked if I could order one because I wanted a new one and the girl said I couldn’t.
What’s great about this location is that since its located inside of Bloomingdales, you can actually rack up Bloomingdales points from purchasing here. It’s better than going to a regular LV store since LV never has discounts or sales or anything.
If I’m not going out of state (for tax benefits) I would probably stick to this one.

Walked in today, and I couldn’t be any happier! Lucy helped me from beginning to end, She amazing! Helped me pick between a speedy and a never-full…both great purses but helped me choose the best fit for my lifestyle. The store is smaller since it is inside Bloomingdales but they still had a great selection. Anyways I loved that Lucy was truthful and not just trying to sell me the most expensive purse… I also loved that she wasn’t one of those stereotype people that think you can’t afford anything in there. Very hospitable store

Wth?! This store doesn’t sell gift cards for Louie Vuitton itself but only Bloomingdales gift cards since they’re a part of Bloomingdales. That’s just plain retarded.

I just bought my first LV bag in like 8 years. I had no complains about customer service. It seemed everyone there was nice and attentive. I LOVE my bag. It’s just really beautiful. Now I want a wallet as well! Thank you Lucy, you are one of the most friendly SA ever.

This is regarding the male Caucasian employee that was working today. It is common courtesy to greet any customer that walks into the store. I walked in the store to purchase the chain Louise. The employee clearly saw me but he just looks away. At first I was a little upset but tried to give him the benefit of doubt. I thought he might be trying to finish with his customers so he can help me, but no. He looks at me again and just looks away without even asking me to hold on. Just because the customers walking in are younger doesn’t mean that they should be ignored. I think he may have been the manager and I hope he sees this and learns to greet customers properly. All you had to do was say hi…

My experience was beyond 5 stars. John was my lovely attendant. He met all of my expectations and more. His pleasant attitude and patience was really what drove me to want to purchase more.
I certainly will be coming back to this location specially bcs not only is the service THE BEST! But you also get loyalty points inputting the Bloomingdales card info.

I came to this location because it was the closest to me. I bought my previous bag at the Beverly Center and didn’t want to make that drive from ontario with my month old son.
I was a bit apprehensive since this store was inside Bloomingdales so I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never been to this mall but I was pleasantly surprised. It was an actual louis store inside Bloomingdales! Of course it was smaller than an actual store but they carried a variety of popular styles.
I was a bit disappointed when they didn’t have the neverfull gm w/​cerise interior but ended up getting the beige one instead. Lucy was extremely helpful and was even in touch via text message keeping me informed as far as if they’ve gotten the cerise interior bag within a few days of my purchase.
The customer service at this location (especially with Lucy) was excellent. I definitely will be back at this location for my next purchase. *side note: my husband and I went to the Gucci store right across from them and definitely noticed the difference in professionalism when we were barely greeted or asked if we needed help.*

I came here to get xmas gifts for my parents, since I for the first time have a real career job. I’m your average joe, I would never spend this much money on a purse for myself meaning I don’t look like I have money. Lol and I was greeted upon entering with my sister and cousin. Immediately was asked if we needed any help, and the usual «no just looking» comment followed. I won’t say they were the friendliest type super smiley and talkative but they weren’t rude either. Another lady asked me if I needed anything so I asked if I could see a few bags, no attitude or rudeness shown as my sister and I openly discussed which would be best to purchase for a good while as the lady patiently waited and also gave us a little of her input. I even asked her as she was about to ring me up if I can see another purse and she kindly did.
I like that they handle their merchandise with such care. And also package them so nicely, but at the same time I feel their packaging is overdone and put it in a extra large bag for you to advertise thru the mall in embarrassment… or not if you like the attention. Lol

I came on a whim to purchase something for my husband. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted something as he was promoted and had birthday all around the same time. I looked at a few different items and within about 10 minutes, David Tran came over and began speaking with me. Let me just say– David is by far the best LV salesperson I’ve met. (I’ve purchased handbags, carryalls, luggage and jewelry and let me just say, there are some horrible LV sales people in this world!!).
David was extremely friendly, knowledgeable (has worked with LV since 2009) and on top of that, he never acted as though I was a pain– I showed up with sweats on, no make up and slightly frazzled looking– not their normal customer! I asked him so many questions and he suggested several items all while disregarding the price tag– meaning he wasn’t trying to get me to buy the most expensive item. He also didn’t try to push something on me that I said my husband wouldn’t like– which has happened to me before.
When I narrowed it down to a few different briefcase/​messenger bag items, I was concerned my husband’s laptop wouldn’t fit so David found several differently sized binders for me to try! He even went to grab his manager for me so I could see how the bag would look on someone who was 6 feet tall (my husband’s height)!!
As I made my final decision, I was concerned that if my husband didn’t like it (which is very possible since he’s really picky) I wanted to be sure I could get a refund or exchange it. David eased my mind and thoroughly explained the return policy and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about needing to return it possibly.
On that note, I also feel I need to dispel a myth I’ve seen written on here to many times– LV employees do NOT make commission from their sales. I repeat– they DO NOT MAKE COMMISSION. David said LV believes this makes the employees cutthroat instead of honest and fair. I agree– and you could tell he was genuinely interested in making me happy.
To sum up my visit, I have to say Josh (the manager) and David were absolutely incredible and LV should take note of their performance. They did a fantastic job and I walked away wishing I could come back and buy from them again soon. (Which I will probably now do!)

It should be zero stars bit I’m feeling generous. I love the product hate the process. It also annoys me that someone got commission on my purchase. Worst staff ever. Every year I allow myself one new bag. Today was that day. I asked to see 4 bags total. They acted as if it was a huge chore. In the end I had my heart set on the olympe. Next year I will be going elsewhere. FYI you work at the store, you don’t own it. Get off your high horse.

Located inside the Glendale Galleria’s Bloomingdales is this new little gem of a store. I had previously visited before but this last time I went in was with a mission: I was finally gonna get that wallet for the loving husband. We were welcomed by a friendly young man name John. He was patient enough to go over the differences of some of the wallets, showed us all the different colors and options as well and all without being pushy! That was truly outstanding and amazing customer service in his end. We saw the wallets and decided to walk out and think about it a bit more before making the purchase (the husband had to decide what color he wanted). John never made us feel bad about it. Within a few minutes the husband thought about it and decided what he wanted. We went back in and straight to John who was happy to see us again. We made the purchase and he mentioned the Bloomingdales loyalist reward system which is free of charge (gotta earn 5,000 points to get a $ 25 gift card) We went ahead and signed up for that, he wrapped up the wallet and made sure we walked away happy. I love how attentive he was and didn’t make us feel rushed. The store itself is fairly new and has a good size amount of options on display and in stock. I would love to come back and add more to my very small collection, especially if John is there. Thanks for your help this last weekend.
*FYI for you LV lovers out there, the prices sadly just went up earlier this month… will most likely go up again towards the end of the year.

My favorite location, love the Beverly Hills location but this store yes is small but quaint and homey. The workers greater me instantly. Was helped by Daniella who was excellent and helpful, ended up waiting for a few minutes, which didn’t bother me at all. I was rung up by Weisn who was equally as helpful as Daniella, apologized for the wait and interactive sweet very polite and welcoming.
After a long day the last thing I wanted to do was goto the mall, but thankfully with the costumer service I received I wasn’t grumpy I got there a little blah and walked out smiling and laughing, i have found my new LV store for sure.
