updating my review, its moving day. our mattress box springs have been an issue since we got the matress, the squeeking literally would wale my husband up and i never knew why, until moving day, exactly a year later— its tore up from the bottom and staples are coming out, it was clearly a floor model, now i feel the same about the mattress… i don’t know if they were getting rid of them because they’re now closed or what? we never received the new covers for our couches

We bought a Serta bed a few years ago. A few months ago the bed started to separate which created a hole where my husband sleeps. They set up an inspection and are replacing the mattress under warranty.
