Okay I don’t know who«Sylvia» is in the comments, but she for sure does not work there anymore. My lawyer appointed me to this physical therapy place after my car accident, and I definitely received the best treatment. Ellie, who works in the front, was very helpful in making sure my appointments were on check, all the papers and forms were correctly done & filled out. The aids were all really helpful with my exercises and making sure I left the office feeling better each day as I got closer to my discharge. Very professional, organized, and helpful place for getting the best physical therapy treatment.

Thank you for updating me, Rebecca. First of all, I wasn’t complaining about the physical condition of your clinic. It’s a small clinic and I understand that. So don’t bring the conversation elsewhere. That doesn’t answer the question: WASANDISSYLVIALICENSED? When I asked for Sylvia’s last name from you(equally incompetent) Asian receptionist, she won’t give it to me. Clients have a right to know the full name of their therapist and check whether they are board certified. Your business stinks. One day someone bigger than you and me will get you #BUSTED.

Having been teated by PT all over LA, I came here and was amazed by the expertise and care for the patient not ever seen anywhere else. The professionalizm and support is elite and do not worry about the looks of the place, just think of it as an old Gym. It is owned by Gold Medalists and Olympic athletes, so they do not care what a place looks like. Just don’t use the elevator!(just kidding)
