Fantastic customer service. Art was extremely knowledgable and understanding of my vision and the flowers were delivered on time and within my desired budget. They did a phenomenal job and I’ll definitely use them again.

I love the amazing service and the amazing bouquet of flowers they put together for my girlfriend! They delivered it fast and what was even more amazing was they did all this for me in the clutch. 1−800-flowers screwed up my original order I wanted delivered, I waited anxiously for my girlfriend to call me or text me to tell me «wow these flowers are beautiful, thank you» but it never went down that way. Instead I’m on the phone with that company over the address being north or south, even after I gave them the company name, they didn’t even try to make the delivery. I asked them to call the damn driver to go back or u-​turn that damn truck and they said they couldn’t so I canceled my order and was furious! I then got on my Unilocal and found My Glendale Florist being fairly close to my girlfriend’s work and literally with only 2 hours left in the work day for her, they pulled it off and delivered on time! Man, was I feeling like a champ and relieved! This review was long overdue since it was quite some time ago but by far, amazing service and amazing bouquet of roses/​flowers for my girlfriend! She LOVED it and all her co workers were a tad bit jealous! Thank you guys again for being life savers!
By the way, 1−800-flowers ended up refunding my money and still had the originally placed ordered delivered to my girlfriend the next morning, which was a very nice gesture still, but my girlfriend still said My Glendale Florist’s flowers were better!

This is a small, family-​owned flower shop run by all ladies. I’m not familiar with choosing and arranging flowers, but they helped me out and made a beautiful flower bouquet. My friend seemed to like that so much! I will definitely go back in the future whenever I need to buy some flowers.

I ordered the custom arrangement for Mother’s day. The website was so easy to use (I live far away). The only instructions I gave were her favourite flower, and that she liked lots of bright colors. They definitely delivered! There was no filler, only beautiful bright flowers, and it was very large. My mother was thrilled and we will be ordering from them exclusively in the future. The value was really good, especially considering it was hand delivered on Mother’s day!

I live in San Jose, California and needed a flower arrangement for a memorial service that was taking place in Glendale. I found this place on Unilocal and spoke with Art… He was very helpful and gave me recommendations by phone and he sent me a picture on Sunday afternoon to make sure I am happy of his arrangement. I chose the arrangement that I liked and he also handled the delivery. (I Called on a Friday 6:30 afternoon and needed it to be delivered to the service on Monday morning.) I am so happy to have gone with them. Art went above and beyond to help me with my order.

I decided to give this place a shot, even though I have never seen their store. I learned of them at a Glendale Chamber of Commerce function where they provided the center pieces.
I decided to go all in, and ordered the «Designers» choice.
Well, the wife is very happy… I am very happy and I have found my new florist of choice.

I was in need of a flower shop that could do funeral flowers. They were able to put together an arrangement and deliver it quickly. They had a variety of funeral arrangement online and it was easy for me to pick out and adjust which one I liked. I will definitely be back and recommend them to all my friends.

I was out of town and sent my girlfriend flowers from FTD for Valentine’s Day. I picked out a pretty arrangement online that was fulfilled by another florist but when they arrived they were nothing like the photo and started to turn brown the next day. I called and returned the flowers after being so disappointed but I then needed to find a replacement. I found this shop on Unilocal and was impressed by the reviews. I called at 6pm and asked if they could do an arrangement to be picked up in 30 minutes before they closed at 7 and was told it would not be a problem. I specified a few types of flowers and gave them a price point and when I showed up they were ready. I was really floored by how beautiful the arrangement was. My girlfriend loved everything about them. The arrangement was three times the size of the FTD failure and so much more creative. Thank you!

I walked into this mom & pop shop about 3 minutes before close and walked out 10 minutes later with a beautiful arrangement. Art was so nice and helpful I felt like I made a new friend when I left! I would definitely recommend :)

First time trying this place out and absolutely loved it. The customer service is amazing, very friendly, understanding, and definitely go out of their way to please the customer. Besides the customer service, the flower bouquets and arrangements they make are beautiful. They even send a pic of the arrangement before they deliver it to the recipient. Absolutely love this spot and will definitely keep going there for any floral need.

They are so great! I called in a last minute request and with in an hour I had a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! «My Glendale Florist» is now our company’s official go to florist.

10 stars for this flower shop, I am so happy! Flowers are so important to me, and they have to be perfect for my events always. My Glendale Florist is my go to shop for the MOST BEAUTIFUL unique arrangements. They have the BEST customer service.
I ordered 4 arrangements for my event, and I completely left it up to them to design. All 4 of them were completely different while the style scheme matched so they looked ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. She has peonies too which I think is super hard to find, since most shops don’t have varieties of colors. She was sweet enough to include them in my arrangements while keeping my budget the same.
I am more and more impressed every time I visit My Glendale Florist. They’re customer service is so friendly, the best! I put in my order days before my event and it was delivered perfectly on time! I walked in and the arrangements were already set up on the tables which was so helpful and cute! It has been 2 days since the party, the flowers are very much alive and still look gorgeous in my house :)

This place is a life saver. I called because I needed flowers in a crunch. The customer service was amazing and they assured me that the flowers were available and that they can be arranged on time. When I got to the store, I was greeted my Rose, and when she pulled out the bouquet I requested, I was amazed at how beautiful they were. Thank you, Rose!

I couldn’t find Lilacs around LA. But this florists could get these flowers from Europe. They ordered Lilacs from their partners in Holand. And I got the flowers in 3 days. Despite that fact that now is not the season for Lilac. They are magicians. Great people!!! They made a delivery at same day.
Varduhi and Tigran are very good people and proffesionals, they love flowers and can give good advice about flowers which you need.
I’m happy to now them! And I’m happy that I know proffesionals, whom I can trust.

Art is awesome! He was extremely helpful and his attention to detail was amazing. I live in Las Vegas so I couldn’t just stop into their location. He was so kind as to send me a photo of the arrangement before it got delivered to my sister for her birthday and they were so beautiful!

She truly delivered her promised on my wedding day! It was beyond my expectations!!! A true wow factor on my flowers. Being a perfectionist myself, it’s hard to be at my standards.
