I can’t imagine our house without a heater or AC. Vartan came out so many times at a moments notice. Always on time and always with excellent service. What can I tell you, these guys know their stuff and they are fast. I would use them many times over.
Integrity is highly important in this business I am sure. We had a new born during the winter and our heater was not working. Vartan came out the very next day and moved his appointments around. Now that’s like having a family member in the business. Need I say more.

I know what you are thinking: how can a AC CO. have all of these 5 star reviews? I mean c’mon! They’re AC guys! My husband considers himself fairly handy around the house. He fixes most little things, mostly because he hates to pay for something he should be able to do himself. But the AC is out which just started in this August heat… It is terrible. He took the vents apart, changed the filters, used that awful loud wrench to hit it a few times, but it wouldn’t budge. Finally I had to call in a pro. Victor showed up at 9am, just as scheduled, dapper in his uniform, wearing shoe coverings (!), and set to work. Within the hour the AC was fixed, drama-​free, and I was left with a bill so small I am thinking of telling my husband it was 3 times more and go buy myself some shoes! I own an older home and AC problems will happen. Perfect Zone is the only AC guys I will call in the future. They were perfect!

I just moved into my new place and although i love it here the one problem was the ac and heating units. they were the old fashioned, one unit through the window type. so i called Perfect Zones and they came over and fixed my ac and heating. i have central ac and heating now. they were very fast and responsive, the installation process only took a few hours and i am very happy with the product.
