They have canceled my BIG order without my approval and they would not budge to replace my order. I would not work with this company because their customer service is the worst I have experienced.

The worst, PATHETIC company!!! Took them 2 weeks, 5 emails and me three time contacting them to tell me they have refunded my money, and the guy over the phone started to argue with me with a ride tone of voice! Than denied to charge my card again to asked me to pay him with bid coin?! What?!! Good luck in business buddy.

Beware of this company! I ordered one item which I am assuming was a used or «second» type of purse and weekly thereafter, I received calls from them asking me to verify my address over phone and other personal information. First they asked me for my address so I give it to them, and then credit card information which I did not. I told them that I put it on the secure website so I would not gave it again over the phone. Then, I received another email asking me for a copy of the billing statement for the credit card. I refused this so then my order was cancelled. Now, PurseValley has my credit card info., my credit card number, security code and home address!!! I have never done business with any company like this in the US before. This sounds like a company fishing for customer information only. At this point, I don’t believe that this company even has product to sell. I regret ever using this company. My advice, go somewhere else!
