They have canceled my BIG order without my approval and they would not budge to replace my order. I would not work with this company because their customer service is the worst I have experienced.

The worst, PATHETIC company!!! Took them 2 weeks, 5 emails and me three time contacting them to tell me they have refunded my money, and the guy over the phone started to argue with me with a ride tone of voice! Than denied to charge my card again to asked me to pay him with bid coin?! What?!! Good luck in business buddy. Ps. PATHETIC

Beware of this company! I ordered one item which I am assuming was a used or «second» type of purse and weekly thereafter, I received calls from them asking me to verify my address over phone and other personal information. First they asked me for my address so I give it to them, and then credit card information which I did not. I told them that I put it on the secure website so I would not gave it again over the phone. Then, I received another email asking me for a copy of the billing statement for the credit card. I refused this so then my order was cancelled. Now, PurseValley has my credit card info., my credit card number, security code and home address!!! I have never done business with any company like this in the US before. This sounds like a company fishing for customer information only. At this point, I don’t believe that this company even has product to sell. I regret ever using this company. My advice, go somewhere else!
