Rainbow Cleaners

Need to have a pair of pants repaired and wash a shirt, so I decided to give this place a try. Got to say the customer interaction is somewhat lacking here. They gave me receipt and said they’ll be ready next Wed. Then when I got there on Wed just 20min before 12pm, the lady there said «oh, it’s not ready because we have shipments at 5pm.» So I told her she’d at least told me when I left my stuffs or just mark Thursday instead of having me make extra trips. She just unapologetically said, «yeah I will let you know.» Seriously?! Of course I never got any call about my stuffs and had to make an extra trip. Overall, I’d try a different place first instead of having to deal with these unpleasantries.
Then upon return. I noticed they put the washed «clean» shirt together with the «repaired» pants in single wrap, which isn’t cleaned because I didn’t pay for it. So essentially it defeated the purpose of washing the shirt and having it packed together with something else that is not exactly washed. I pointed this out because these little things do matter, and I’d definitely NOT go to this establishment when there are plenty of other choices around.

Only had to try 3 Dry Cleaners in Glendale and I lucked up and found Rainbow Dry Cleaners … Great customer service and always satisfied with my clothes …

Why write a rave review for a Dry Cleaner? Because of the owners: Anna and Danny are the most reliable, honest, friendly and pleasant small-​business owners I know.
There are choices for cleaners… Lots of them; but I choose to support the good guys. I won’t go anywhere else! 5 stars for being great people. (And they happen to do great work as well !)

I’m so glad that I used a Unilocal deal for this place. They were friendly and professional. Plus I love the name! I have taken suits, shirts, and ties here and I have been very happy with the cleaning and pressing. I would highly recommend that you use Rainbow cleaners. Snatch up a deal if they offer one. You’ll be glad you did.

When it comes to my clothing, I’m a very picky person as to where I take it to be dry cleaned. I must say that Rainbow Cleaners really did a magnificent job in making me a happy customer. The staff was very friendly. prices were very reasonable, and they actually cared for my clothes! If your looking for a rinky dink place to leave your clothes as is but wrapped up. then don’t go there. This place deserves a top notch review. I’ve only written a few reviews in the past, either I am extremely happy. or extremely upset. Obviously, we know why I’m writing this one. Thank you Rainbow Cleaners, you guys rock!
