I love this place, all employees are soooo cute, especially Humpar. A love him. And his eyes ???? Well, this Ralph’s is always clean and cold, when it hot outside.

Jose, Susan and Alan are very helpful. I love this location. They have all what you need. Great customer service and helpful staff. Monica is also sweet helpful and friendly associate. She not only was helpful in self service check out but helped me get roll of quarters. Karine at the bakery section is also caring. I love shopping at this location.

Really wanted to thank Theresa with her help in assisting me with the firewood.
Good attitude goes a long way and she should be recognized for her this in the shape of a promotion or raise.

Quite simply the rudest crew I have ever encountered. Wrote a letter the the manager, shocker, they don’t care, why, well they do not have to. Supermarkets are monopolized. Only way to combat the corporate attitude is to shop local. please vote with your dollar and do not support Rude people.

My second favorite location.
Always clean.
Always organized.
Always cold with their AC blastin’ in there.
Not talking about the frozen food section either.
It’s probably company policy.
It’s never really crowded here, it just feels welcoming!
Parking is abundant.
Located in the same place as Wells Fargo, World Market, Michaels, Petco, Norsdstrom Rack, etc. is a major plus!
Staff here is peppy & attentive.

I L.O.V.E. this Ralph’s for their super friendly employees that are so helpful and kind… Gus and Cody are amazing in the fish dept and George the cashier is hilarious and always a pleasure. There is also Ramiro in produce who is an absolute ray of sunshine! When I am in Glendale I don’t want to shop anywhere else! Love those good vibes.

I shop all markets. Ralphs, TJ, Vons, Whole Foods… I know to always check my cans for dents, always check my produce for mold and always check my general goods for expiration dates. With the economy where it is, most retailers do not have the payroll to cover an associate down every isle to answer every question and to pull every item. Yes, it is their responsibility as a retail chain, but it is also our responsibility as a consumer. Every Ralphs I have been too has been a very pleasant shopping experience and their employees all go out of their way to greet me when they pass by. Several clerks know me on a first name basis and I appreciate that.
I am fond of this particular location due to parking, selection, pricing and overall customer service. Thank you everyone at 211 N. Glendale!

This is my grocery shopping stop in my way home. I can’t tell why, but this location is the best Ralph’s I have ever been. And of course the best employee of the place is Humpar. Very welcoming, calm man that will always do anything to make your shopping experience great. Thanks Humpar

Avrage ralps not so well organized, shopping carts not in place you have to look for one all over .
Not satisfy !

I love this Ralphs store for several reasons:
1. Parking — it is very convenient and is always easy to find a nice spot.
2. Selection — the store has very good selectikn, nicely organized and i always find what i need
3. Customer service — the stuff is super friendly and helpful unlike the one in the neighbouring Whole Foods.
4. Good deals — they offer pretty good deals once in a while, on products such as meat, pastas, sauces etc…

I love this Ralphs even though it looks like an underground bomb shelter. It’s got everything you need in a super market, it’s just hidden from the sun. I guess that’s a good thing. When the zombie apocalypse starts this will be a good place to hide. Except everyone else will also probably be going here, too. If that happens, I hope we can establish a functioning, peaceful system for distributing food and water, and that we don’t descend into nihilistic chaos like Walking Dead.

PARKING!!! For reals, what is going on with the parking?
People are kinda rude.
And the prices seemed to be marked up or maybe the tax is higher in Glendale? I don’t know but I always leave feeling that some is not right.
Not exactly the best Ralph’s but not the worse either.

Check your receipt!!! Check the price on the screen! Realized I was charged a dollar more then I should have been so I took the milk back and the lady was still arguing with me that I’m wrong, but she will do Me a favor and honor the price. NO THANKS! You are giving me the price listed and don’t make it seem like I messed up and you are doing me a favor. So embarrassing!
This place has been going down hill for years.

Rudest employees ever. We tried using the self checkout and there was an issue with it so we hit the «call attendant» button. No one came, so we moved to the next self checkout stand and an employee, standing over at the end of self checkout area but never offering to help, spoke to us from a distance. «What makes you think it’s gonna work on that one but not on the other one?» were her exact words.
We decided to go to the regular register because there was clearly something wrong, which we soon found out was an issue with my bank that a phone call could easily resolve. When the authorization failed at the register, I explained briefly that I’d had the same problem at self checkout and before I could finish by telling him to please hold my groceries so I could call the bank, he interrupted me to say, «I don’t know, that’s your bank, not us.» Yeah buddy, I know. I asked him to set our things aside while I called the bank and after about two minutes he turned off the little register light and and walked away, saying goodbye to his coworkers but nothing to us even though we were still right next to the register.
I’ve honestly never encountered such unfriendly employees at Ralph’s. I would never come back to this location because we were treated like we were not welcome there.

Hands down the worst Ralph’s I have EVER been to!!! The cashier messed up our order, put the wrong price and charged my card the wrong amount… a woman manager with darker hair came and had NO IDEA how to fix the error!!! She didn’t even offer a discount and said «oh next time.» My gf explained I don’t live here. Then she looked at me and my gf (who are Hispanic and Black) and made a racial comment saying «I’ve seen you both here before»…my gf is from NYC… then she claimed we were lying saying we were suspect by saying we had never been here before… clearly confusing us with other minorities. A Racist manager that also has NO IDEA what she is doing… not a SINGLE person knew how to fix a problem in that store… PATHETIC

I miss going to this Ralphs location the most because of their convenient underground parking lot. I can avoid the blazing hot So Cal weather so it makes grocery shopping especially pleasant. Also, my little girl especially love pushing the toddler~size shopping carts while we push through aisles.
The staff here are friendly and helpful. They are usually stocked up on most, if not all merchandise. They have self-​check out. Sometimes the staff helped me check out at the self-​check out section. That was nice.
I should also mention that above ground is a shopping center with Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, The Habit, Panda Express, Michaels, Payless, etc. If you cant find parking above ground, its better to park underground as theres always, i mean always parking available by the escalator and elavator. This shopping center is definitely catered to the shoppers. I miss going here.

I don’t ordinarily review grocery stores because unless they’re outrageously terrible they’re all about the same. That said… I am reviewing this grocery store because it’s… well it’s not OUTRAGEOUSLY terrible, but it is kind of gross. The whole time my friend and I were shopping here, every few feet I walked I’d get this huge whiff of urine scent right in my face. There were no customers around me and it was in every section of the store. I don’t know if something urinated in their air ducts or something but it was nauseating.

I like that this Ralphs has an underground parking lot, especially during hot summer days. I like the layout of the aisles and the staff is friendly. I rarely see more than 2 – 3 people in line. It’s located in the same plaza as Ross, Cost Plus, Panda Inn, etc. However, I still miss the convenience of the Ralphs on Glendale Ave near the college :(

When I remember about this location, which isn’t often since it isn’t the closest one to me, I stop in. Even though getting into the parking lot is kind of tricky, the grocery store is rarely crowded. I think most people flock there for the discount stores. There’s plenty of underground parking.
