Such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Claudia was fantastic, and the rest of the group there were very supportive and entertaining. Would absolutely recommend for all! She encourages questions, feedback and doesn’t rush the clients.

My girls and I stopped by on our LUNCH BREAK on Friday the 13^th to get piercings, and we were all 3 impressed by Claudia. She has a fantastic and sweet personality! She really took her time with each one of us to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for, and was very helpful with aftercare and making us comfortable during and after the piercings. Plus, girl has a sense of humor! haha. In case anyone is keeping track, I got my daith pierced, and the two girls I were with got their noses pierced.
The next time I want something done, I will definitely be back. She also had a ton of cute jewelry that she could pierce you with, OR that you could buy separately. This place was crazy during the day on Friday the 13^th, so you KNOW they are the spot to be. :)

First time at this shop and I must say the environment was amazing ! Everyone was so friendly and loving; I felt so welcomed. I walked in and everyone greeted me and introduced themselves. I got tatted by Bruce he did an amazing job. He was so patient with me; stenciled it twice to make sure I liked where it was on my body before making it permanent. My tattoo came out perfect and I couldn’t be happier :)

Came here to repierce my septum ($ 50). I gave them a call to ask for pricing and they said they were willing to stay open until I came in which I thought was nice. When we got there Claudia made us feel really comfortable. I convinced my cousin to get a piercing as well. It was my cousin’s first time piercing her serum and although she was nervous at first Claudia made her at ease. My sister-​in-​law decided to her nose pierced ($ 40) as well. Overall great experience I will definitely be coming back for other piercings. Make sure to tip her well she deserves it!

Rich is truly amazing. He had a last minute cancellation so he saw me the same day. I explained my ideas to him. Shared some images and he got right on sketching up some images to design a lovely spine tat tailored to my unique flair. :) There were a few changes I wanted to make after we started but he was patient with me redesigning some elements. Overall it turned out truly amazing! I am in love with my new piece of art. Thanks for much Rich. You rock!

I came here today and was wowed by the service I received from the shop! It began with Rich returning my voice message and stating he could book me same day! The atmosphere was so chill and the employees are so welcoming! I wanted a specific tattoo and brought in my design. Rich made the tattoo look exactly how I wanted it and just as the picture looked. He didn’t rush me and catered to everything I requested! I have a lot of tattoos. All were let downs. Every single one… until now!!! GOOD PRICE, FINISHED IN NO TIME. I definitely highly recommend! I will be back again really soon to see Rich for another add!

Hands down the BEST tattoo experience! Kaycie took her time and put great detail into my tattoo and it turned out beautifully. The tattoo came out to be a lot cheaper than expected. Highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer!

Want a perfect tattoo? GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I got a little evil eye tattoo done by Kacey and she’s the best!!! My tattoo is flawless and let me tell you it’s super hard to do a nice evil eye tattoo. The colors pop and look sick! The owner rich and his wife were very nice as well! This place is 5 stars and has super good vibes! Will definitely be coming back for more tattoos ;)

Came back recently for a coverup of the tattoo mentioned in my previous review from 11÷8÷15. Only because I was about to move to Texas and wasn’t comfortable with red Farsi visible on my arm. Made an appointment w/​the owner, who canceled over the phone AFTER I had driven 50+ miles to get there on time. I was not happy about this, esp. because I was leaving CA in 4 days. Luckily, I was offered a discount and the option of another available artist. Kenny was there, but I had to wait 3 hours. Took care of some other stuff locally and came back.
I’ll get straight to the point. This was my 5^th tattoo and by far, Kenny is the most rock-​solid professional I’ve been to. He took a design idea of mine and re-​did it to allow the coverup to work. Took an extra hour-​plus to get started but it was worth the wait. This tattoo required shading and sharp details and Kenny aced it on both fronts. It came out beautifully and the previous tattoo is essentially gone. I’m grateful to Kenny for taking what started as a frustrating experience and turning it into a triumph. The shop is lucky to have him and I highly recommend his work.
Overall rating– 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4

At first i was scared to get my outline done the first session since it was my first tat but Kaycie made sure i was comfortable. She was kind enough to ask if i needed a breather and all that. After my first session, i loved how it came out. Left really satisfied. Came back almost a month later to get the coloring in. She just finished my second session not too long ago and i gotta say, I FCKING LOVE IT! Kaycie did a super great job on my side piece! Super nice and really answers questions thoroughly. Shes always a text away when you need answers lol. Totally recommend her to anyone!

Kenny has done two of my tatts so far. I am very happy with his work. He’s also a super chill awesome dude. Will keep coming back for all of my future work.
Warning: Parking by the shop is limited to two hours, so unless you want to interrupt your session to move your car like I had to, plan on finding a spot far away and walking. I assume. I haven’t investigated yet.

I came to Kenny after seeing some work on a mutual friend of ours. I had a tattoo done on my neck back when I was 21. I had hated it for years and wanted it covered up. We spent hours going over the design until we came up with something I feel in love with.
There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t look at my tattoo once and still love it. I get so many compliments on the color. You would never know (if you didn’t know me) that there used to be something else there

Walked in for a septum piercing and was greeted by the super friendly staff. They let me know that Claudia usually sets up appointments but they got her on the phone and she came down to the shop, despite the fact that I hadn’t made an appointment or called ahead at all, which was very accommodating!
She was awesome! Gave me all the info I needed, the piercing went smooth and quick, she’s got that momma bear comforting energy going on! I felt very at ease with her even though I hadn’t been pierced in years. She gave me her number in case I had any questions or concerns later on which was great. Thank you so much Claudia, I absolutely love it!!! This will for sure be my go to place for any future stuff.

I just went in last night and got my mandala done by Kaycie Day and she is AMAZING!
I was skeptical about choosing an artist since there is so much detail in the design I picked but she has the most steady hands and made everything painless. She was always considerate about my comfort and positioning which I greatly appreciated, not every artist will do that for you. She explained everything in detail and answered every question I had.
It’s always weird going to a new artist because you’re sitting with a stranger for a few hours and you don’t even know them but with her it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend
Her work has definitely given my friends tattoo envy & although I wish I could keep her a secret for myself, I’ll be back soon for more!
Also shout out to Kenneth Bywater who was doing a piece next to me that looked out of this world

Kacie is awesome! Great work and great person. Ask for her! She won’t let you down. Her prices are good too.
The only down side is the parking. You are going to have to park on the street. They also do piercings for a super low price with jewelry included!

First off, Rich is amazing. Second, he is super nice a reasonably priced.
I walked in, after reading a few Unilocalers reviews, in need of a cover up! I showed Rich my artwork and right away he added some key recommendations. Artists mind at work!
Next was discussion of payment/​fees. I asked if he would honor the Unilocal deal for my work and not only did he accept it; he saved me the hassle of purchasing the deal over my phone. So far so good!
I was sold! I emailed over my art work, ran home to change and came back to revive a fantastic cover up! He even spruced of part of the tattoo that wasn’t apart of my coverup deal.
Highly recommended.
