Same experience as the girl above. I got two Tomato lip tints at the Glendale store. The girl at the cashier told me their return policy was exchange only and I had no problem with it. I figured even if anything goes wrong with these I can still exchange to something else. Turned out my lips were allergic to it and went back there for an exchange. As soon as I told her I wanted to make a return, the girl changed her attitude from friendly smiling face to a very serious unfriendly attitude. She told me there’s no return after items are opened. The girl didn’t tell me that when i mad the purschase! I told her I had an allergic reaction to these and she asked me…“Do you have pictures?” I was so shocked! It’s been 10 days and my lips were cleared, but never thought I would need to take pictures for my returns. I never had any experience like this one before. Don’t let the return policy fool you. The real truth is they wouldn’t refund or exchange no matter what. So beware when you shop there. Btw, their products are not made with 100% natural ingredients, neither. Don’t let the fruity product names fool you.

There is no refund or exchange!!! Do not buy anything from there unless you are already familiar with the product.
Two weeks ago I bought black sugar cleansing oil. The girl who was helping me was nice; however, she told me i could use it on my eyes. And when i used it i had an horrible reaction against it-​i was crying for two days and me eyes got very sensitive. I could not even wear contact lens because my eyes were burning. This morning i came up to the store and wanted to return the product but they said NO!!! How is that possible! They told me if i had an visible reaction i can return… well i had visible reaction but not now… it passed two weeks for god’s sake… its my first time buying skinfood product from US and i am extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers. They dont have anything for sampling… and now what am i gonna do with this… throw away!!!
Skin food is just a money sucking store which should not be selling their horrible products to consumers!
