Went to this store last week to look at setting up service and switching carriers. Was given a lot of information about services and pricing and then when it came to getting the phones they were out of some of them so I was provided«loaner» phones and told they would be in on Tuesday. During the three days that I had Sprint service I found out that most of what I was told was a lie. My sales representative was the store manager too. Tuesday came NS went in to pick up the phones that were supposed to be in and discuss the service issues with the store to find out that the phones were never ordered and that they didn’t care that I was unhappy. So the decision was made to get rid of Sprint and seek a different provider. Luckily T-Mobile was next door where I was told that I am not the only person who has come to their store upset with their neighbor Sprint. Today, 1 week later the phones never arrived at the Sprint store and I was charged restocking fees for the phones. I was charged fees for two phones that were never even delivered correctly. Ali, thanks for showing me that Sprint doesn’t care about customer service and your company doesn’t have any phone numbers for management or your supervisor. Thanks also for allowing me to let others know how your company deceives customers and misrepresents the Sprint product line. This store is probably the worst cell phone store that I have ever spoken with and they will do anything, say anything, true or not, to make a sale. Fraud at its finest.

I called the Sprint office in Tucson to get info on changing my sons billing address to my address, so that I can pay his cell phone bill on time. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes! So I hung up and called the Arrowhead office, I was told I could be helped BUT the person helping was having trouble entering me on the computer. I have been on hold for several more minutes. This is not the first time I have encountered such poor service with Sprint. Employees seem to be stuck on stupid! Am so happy for T-Mobile!
