Horrible Service
I went here to get my laptop formatted and they gladly accepted to undertake the job. They even called me much earlier than the day they promised to give it to me. But, when I went to collect it, there was no technical assistance provided to me on queries I had. They said that there is nothing that they could do about it and that they were sorry. When they contacted the technician, he refused to talk to me on the phone. They said it was his off day. My laptop was formatted but the settings were not done to my specifications during the formatting process.
The Assistant Manager apologized over and over again without realizing that as a customer, my problem was not being addressed and solved.
They after I complained once, called once and went there again and complained that they finally agreed to do the job again and wanted me to wait till it’s done not realizing that I have to stop everything I am doing the next day to just sit next to the technician and observe whether he is doing it the way I want.
This is ridiculous.
I would never go there again. They wasted my money, and wasted my time.
There are less staff and they are always busy and have no time for you. One woman in particular kept ignoring me when I was complaining.
It is my right as a customer to receive the service I wanted and what was promised. The company has no right to violate this simple right of ours.
They charged me $ 129.00 and did not do the job the way I requested and they way they promised but kept on apologizing to me.
I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I needed some documents printed out. Their self service computers were down. I had to email the info I needed printed out to the copy center. The first email thwy gave me was wrong. They let me wait 30 min helping others before checking to see if they got the email. Only to discover the email they game me was wrong. So they gave me a second email. Again waiting as they helped every other person. My husband bought a printer, hooked it up and had everything printed out, they came back to the store to pick me up all before they print center checked their email.

They have a lot to offer with services and products. All of the employees I have dealt with are always very nice and patient with all my requests. I come here a lot for the job I work at. I’ve almost met every employee here and I can’t say I’ve run into any negative Nancy’s yet. The only thing I don’t particularly care for is how highly priced everything is. If you want any normal day to day items I would go somewhere else.

Located on camelback and 43^rd avenue. This is a large old Staples. Has what you need. Has the basics. Not familiar with the layout here. I will have to get used to it or maybe just order online.

I haven’t been to a Staples in ages but at work we needed a brochure made quickly because our marketing department couldn’t turn it around by the time we needed it. I made a phone call to Staples and ended up on hold for fifteen minutes. I ended the call, called back and spoke with 3 different people, 2 of which talked over me before I could explain what I needed, to the point that I had to raise my voice to get the second girl to be quiet for 2 seconds. So rude! I pop over to this location (the entrance is a nightmare if you’re heading east bound on Camelback — fyi) and the printers are all down so I can’t even get a proof of what I sent over. Okie dokie! No problemo, I leave my contact information and I’m assured I’ll at least get a proof. Nope! Never came. So today I call and guess what?! Placed on hold again for a good ten minutes before I threw up my hands and decided to go somewhere else. Oh and the place I’m going to now is charging me a hundred and fifty bucks less for double the copies. Not going back to this location again

Tried to return something and they could not put the money back on my credit card so instead of giving me cash, they only let me have a gift card to their store. I rarely shop at staples and now I remember why. Last time I was in, I waited for 30 minutes at the printing area for help printing things for my business, then they skipped us so we left. Needless to say I have a staples gift card for sale for anyone who wants to deal with terrible customer service.

Eeks! Why in the world would anyone come here? The location of this Staples is even off putting to say the least and for a company that advertises an «Easy» button it was easy for me to say, «Methinks not.»
I came in since I was in the area looking for Moleskine planners, but to no avail. The place is unorganized, clutter, poor stock of supplies. Many people were standing around to be helped and when asked for help the employees claimed everything they have is out on the shelves.
Check out line was slow, only one cashier and another as customer service working from what I saw. Please, if you need anything from Staples– go elsewhere.

I went to Staples for business card printing because I didn’t like the under sized cards that I received online from Vista Print and Zazzle (Less than 3.5×2″) and I wanted full size cards. Well, it seems that it’s very hard to get decent business cards these days.
It took the Staples print center 4 weeks, 5 trips and 3 times rejecting the cards before I had the 4 sets I ordered. I picked up the order in bits and pieces and in the end they weren’t all the same color, which I didn’t catch until too late because I had to send out the cards to my people over the weeks it took to get everything.
Looking back, the experience was a nightmare. I do not recommend ordering anything from this branches print center. If they can’t get 4 sets of business cards right and on time, what would happen with any big or complicated project I wonder.

Way back when this used to be part of a used car lot. Shortly after I moved to the area Staples took over the building and I have been coming here since. Service varies depending on the folks working here at any given time. This latest experience was very good. I needed business cards and envelopes because of a move. If I had just gotten the business cards they will print them while you wait and their prices have come down considerably over the last year. Because my order was bundled with the envelopes I get to wait a couple of weeks. And they now will ship it all to me at no extra charge.
