Could I give this store ZERO stars?
I would if I could.
The staff is rude, especially Stephanie the girl with a piece of wire in her nostrils and the district supervisor doesn’t care for their customers as well.
They refused to take my cell spot return even though I had the printed instructions from T Mobile with me. I asked to talk to a supervisor but was refused.
T Mobile is tolerating this kind of dealers because it reflects their values and principles. So stay away of T Mobile and that would keep you of the schitzy t mobile store owned by 2bwireless .
Tried to get in touch with T Mobile to file a complaint. They simulated a call to the owner and easily gave up saying that it’s all they can do, in other words they were useless.
Worst experience EVER!

I went to this store with my wife and 2 daughters. We were in the store for over 30 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Granted the 3 poeple working there were with customers but, how long does it take to acknowledge customers? Not once did anyone say, «we’ll be with you in a minute, hello, sorry about the wait…» not a damn word out of the most unprofessional kids behind the counter that I have ever dealt with. We ended up leaving and going to a different t-​mobile store. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. if you like to be ignored then this is the place for you.
What ever happened to customer service?
