This is what every Taco Bell and every fast food restaurant in America should be. The place is spotless, the employees are friendly, and the food is carefully assembled and packed and actually looks like the food in advertisements and commercials. Is it great authentic Mexican food? No, not even close. But if you enjoy the taste of Taco Bell, this is the place to go. It’s the best Taco Bell experience you will ever have.

This is an average Taco Bell. They’re fast and the food is normally good. They also almost always get the order correct. Pro tip: don’t order the iced coffee. I did today, and it was transparent and… well it didn’t look good.

This is the Taco Bell to go to in Glendale if you want them to get your order right. I do have to admit that it’s better to go in then go through the drive thru so you can check your food. If you have dietary restrictions, make sure they have your order right before leaving. I’m a vegan and every now and then there’s a little piece of cheese in my food, but that’s not a reason to freak out, to me. The food is usually right and it’s quick and hot. What more could you want?

I have been here three times to order a pepperoni personal pizza and all three times they were out. Impressively bad inventory management. Always understaffed with the poor cashier running the window and the front counter. Really pathetic, even for Taco Hell.

Incredibly slow. Line around the building and this chick is shootin the shit with the guy after she already gave him his food. Whatever it’s Taco Bell. Not sure why you guys think you’re worth more than 8 bucks an hour.

Pretty good service and pretty clean Taco Bell. I asked her beans instead of beef in a Frito burrito wrap thing and they put beef in it. Also I ordered the same thing another time and they didn’t put rice in it like it has in the picture. But very friendly staff that moves pretty quickly. On the other complaint is I wish the bathroom had more than one toilet so you don’t have to wait.

I was eating my Mexican pizza, until I was on my fourth piece I saw a nasty gray hair on top of it. I feel sick to my stomach and I just wanna barf that food out.

Some of the staff here are terrible with customer service, giving attitude and extremely rude.

I have eaten a few times at this place, and almost every time I had some kind of stomach problem. One time I actually had a piece of the plastic bag top I believe the pre-cooked beans would come in, and when I contacted them, they denied it. I would never ever eat here again. This is, without a doubt, the worst place you can go to eat. If you want cheap fast food, go to Del Taco. I have never had any problems there and the food is much fresher and tastier for fast food. Taco Bell is disgusting.

I’ve gone to a few Taco Bell locations and this restaurant is ok. Its a small place, but the set up is ok. The food was good, except for the way they made my friends Nachos. They barely put any cheese sauce on it!, He had to take it back so they can add another drizzle of it. The staff is friendly and the place was clean.

I realize that any fast food chain probably will never get great reviews, but this location actually managed to screw up my order twice in a span of a few weeks. Both times I came in at breakfast time. The 1st order they mistook my order of a breakfast burrito with a crunchwrap and then the 2nd time they forgot to give me an orange juice. Either these minimum wage workers are just incompetent or theyre just screwing with me. The main lesson to everybody is that education will help you avoid food service jobs like this.

This place has to be the most terrible location within 5 miles of the Glendale area. I only go here because I visit a friend close by often but always regret it. This time I went in ordered my food and the person taking the order said $ 41.20… $ 41.20? I knew I ordered less than $ 20 in food. Came to the window and told her to please repeat my order and she gave me an attitude. After repeating my order incorrectly I asked her is that $ 41.50? she said $ 21.50 and I clearly heard her say $ 41.50 two times. You cant mix Forty and Twenty even if you heard it a mile away. She continued to give me attitude and didn’t even wait until I got my bag secure in my hand and let go of the bag dropping it on the floor. She told me «its ok it’s just the burritos can you please open your door and pick it up». I started to drive off after picking up my bag and then remembered she forgot my drinks. So I had to get out and walk to the window where she rolled her eyes at me after saying you forgot my drinks. She said«No you forgot your drinks» then gave me a half ass filled freeze drink. Seems like they always have new people coming in and out of this location and I see a «Now Hiring» sign here. Maybe they should just fire the hiring manager because apparently they dont know how to choose and train proper employees at this location. Cashiers name was: Lorena G.

Im writing this review based on what my guts felt 2 nights ago. My coworkers insisted on getting taco bell since it is up the street. I was going to pass but my dear friend couldnt let me starve so he got me a bowl without any type of meat, which I am deathly afraid of at any taco bell. It tasted okay, but it only took 2 hours until my stomach was making strange noises and it hit me. Im surprised i made it to the bathroom before i sprayed our walls. Anyways, god knows how this food is being handled because if it had no meat, then what caused this horrific scene?

Came to try the new sliders since the taquitos are gone now. I guess they were just limited time. anyways they were delicious and cheap as well. The drive through cashier is super friendly and gives great customer service. I was in and out on the quickness. The location was clean through the outside and it seemed like they all know what they are doing. Great team can’t complain ! 4 stars

So here comes the ridicule, I get it — five stars for Taco Bell? Seriously?! Allow me to explain… First of all, Unilocal defines five stars as «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» By way of backstory, we only eat Taco Bell once a year or so, but over the years(decades, let’s be honest) we’ve eaten at dozens of Taco Bells all across the US. My wife picked up Taco Bell at this Glendale location last night, and I have to say: It was the best Taco Bell we have ever had. We both agree on this. Every item was excellent, and yes, for Taco Bell fare, it was absolutely«as good as it gets.» Hence, five stars. She also told me that the guy at the counter was extremely alert and pleasant. Good food(if you’re occasionally in to that sort of thing) and very friendly service, what more can one possibly ask of from a Taco Bell? SIDEBARNOTE: Avoid the Eagle Rock Taco Bell at all costs! It is, in every way imaginable, as bad as the Glendale location is/was good. If you’re like us and Taco Bell is an occasional treat, stick with Glendale/Central St location.

I’ll admit that I haven’t had Taco Bell in a while and I am trying to avoid junk food as a whole but today, the wife wanted some and I went to this location to pick some up. It is very clean, well maintained and the drive-thru is great! The staff speak normal English and are friendly and they can hear you fine the first time. I also enjoyed the fact that they have a screen with your order on it. I tried the new Quesarito and it was delicious! Kudos to this location!
