My friend and I both got burritos there. We paid for burritos that were supposed to have loads of toppings, but they didn’t have the toppings(guacamole, lettuce, etc.). They did go from $ 7.50 on the menu to $ 7, but were missing everything except chicken, beans, and cheese. We all know that guacamole’s extra at Chipotle is like $ 2 so a two quarter discount seemed unfair. The joy of the visit was the vomiting that occurred after. 24 hours of revisiting that burrito with wet, hot acid jettisoning from our mouths. One of us lost money from lost work. One of us puked outside of a gas station on Laurel Canyon. One of us learned that minestrone looks the same going in as coming out. It’s been a much more humbling experience than I expected for $ 7. But that’s life. If you’re looking to really hate food for a couple of days and lose some weight from puking, please, go to TacoNaco.

This place was super good. I got the carne asada burrito! I’ve seen this place around but never really tried it. I’m glad I did! The burrito was huge, and I was satisfied with the taste! Luis, the man who served me and my bro was really cool to! I’m definitely going back for another burrito! this place is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it!

I’ve been coming to Taco Naco since the 80’s which is all the praise they need. That being said I guess I’ll expand a bit. I just got back this morning and ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was fantastic. Along with a generous serving of chorizo it was stuffed with eggs, beans, rice, onions and cilantro. Just enough heat to give me the wake up I needed. You can’t go wrong with any of their authentic burritos or tacos. This place is old school in the best way.

I’ve been going here for years. This is the best place for street tacos and burritos. They don’t skimp on meat and the hot sauce is killer. I no longer live near them but if I’m in the area I will always make a stop.

Been going to Taco Naco for over two decades. I always order their Chile Verde burritos and have had their carne asada, carnitas and al pastor on occasion. The burritos are big and full of beans, rice, and meat(lots of!). Sometimes, the Chile Verde is dry if it has been sitting and sometimes it is tasty and chunky if it is fresh. Service is sometime slow when there is a line but that is because everything is handmade. Parking lot is sometimes packed midday because of the liquor store. I love this place. Their burritos are the best. I also like their soft tacos(but they never seem to fill me up). If you get the carnitas, the liquid saturates everything and falls apart. But it is good, down to earth Mexican food in Glendale!

It’s hard to find great Mexican food with authentic flavor but despite the name, TacoNaco pulls it off. It’s a small place producing huge burritos packed with lots of flavor. They have a variety of different dishes including traditional«Casera» dishes. Great find! P. S A health rating is a plus!

If you want carna asada this is the place to have it. Plates, tacos or burrito always tastes good. If you want to kick it up a notch they have a home made salsa.

Always good tacos here. This is as authentic to a Mexican establishment that you’ll get to experience in LA. Quick service. Only downfall is they are a cash only establishment.

Thought to give this place a try… Good selection of meat. Had asada, pastor & Lengua taco but I give it an OK. Compared to other restaurants I’ve tried here in Glendale(el sauz, taco azteca, etc…). This falls behind. Taste is mediocre. There’s an after taste… Service is good compared to the places I’ve mentioned. Didn’t impress me.

Good Street Tacos! Friendly guys! There meat is tasty, love, love, love their Tacos. The meat is good not fatty which is a plus & their asada nachos were awesome. They are little expensive for street style tacos though. There salsa is okay nothing to be amazed about. The guys there are very nice & friendly when you actually talk to them. I will continue to eat here.

Worst place ever. Small dirty place. Ordered something simple like chicken nachos. Took a bite and chicken was rancid.

Disgusting food. I asked the guy to try the meat before I purchased some large orders… man they(carne asada and al pastor) were HORRIBLE!!! Looked like it was sitting out there for days!!! Out of pity I ordered two tacos and threw it in the trash.

Pretty much the worst mexican food I have every had. I ordered the carne asada burrito(shredded beef) but tasted like rat meat. I think the quality of meat at Taco Bell is a few grades higher. While we were eating, I noticed a cockroach under the table and one dead bug in the restroom. Id rather skip some meals than torture myself with this quality of food. I also noticed the manager or waiter treated the cooks bad and that is a no no in my book. With so many other good places around, Id pass on this place.

Okay food, great prices. Parking is a small lot. I ordered a carne asada burrito, but it seemed more like shredded beef. Staff wasn’t very friendly, and the décor is unique(a Buddha and a cobra statue at a Mexican place?) I’d probably give it 2.5 stars if that was an option, but with a few better options nearby(like Tapatio), I probably won’t be back.

Well it seems as the other reviews for this place is either Love or Hate and not much in between, Taco Naco is a small place located in a strip mall almost hidden behind another business that’s located on the corner, you could easily drive right by this place and not even notice it, and whom ever laid out the parking spaces must be «Nano». Simple menu with a nice selection of meats and although they were out of a couple I wanted to try I was still able to get me four tacos, the guy tosses tortillas on a grill to warm them, then slings some meat(pre-cooked) that’s held in warmers and adds some toppings onion, cilantro and salsa!, food is ready quickly. Tacos — Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Lengua y Carnitas Taco de Carne Asada — Lacking flavor except for the salsa roja, meat was just OK. 3-Stars Taco de Al Pastor — I didn’t see a trompo here so I’m sure this is cooked on a flat top grill, flavor was good but meat was a little hard. 3-Stars Taco de Lengua — Tender, lean and real good flavor. 4.5-Stars Taco de Carnitas — I saved the best for last… real good flavor, can’t get much better than this! 4.5-Stars Tacos are from OK to Very Good, but the SALSAROJA was spicy and delicious!
