This place is a gem! I love the girls who work here they are so sweet and professional. I dropped off a few gifts and picked them up beautifully wrapped and designed. Thank you girls you are so easy to work with and helping me out so last minute!!! Easy breezy and stress free!!!

I love this place! I’m a decent gift wrapper, but these people really put that extra lovin’ into wrapping gifts. Anytime I want to make a gift look extra special, I take it here, and they make it look like a gift out of a home alone Christmas movie. They’re quick too! Thanks Tender Sender for always taking care of me.

Went here to get something wrapped, the girl working told me I need to buy a box, the item I had was a NFL mini helmet which comes in a little box already but not shaped exactly like a perfect box. Anyway she told me they wouldn’t wrap it unless I purchased a box, which cost $ 15! I asked her why she can’t just wrap the box it comes in? She said it would look tacky! I let her know that I don’t care how it looks and she wouldn’t wrap it without the purchase of their over priced little box. I found this to be ridiculous and just bad customer service.

Great helpful staff, took care of all my needs, fast. Best wrapping ever, with all the cutesy stuff carried in the store. This message is mainly to help people out there, just like me to have an idea.

Really LOVE this place!
They, by far, out-​do Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom’s gift wrapping!!!
There were about 8 design just for the wedding alone, not to mention all other great combinations suitable for men and women, and children.
The price point is OK as well, but I don’t mind spending on gorgeous!
They also sell post cards, do keys (including USC-​designed key — GO TROJANS!!!), and sell small gift items.

I just called them. They DO NOT have notary services.

now that Macy’s doesn’t gift wrap, i was referred to Tender Sender. I’ve passed by there a couple of times but had never gone in. so when I went this past weekend, I thought they had closed down because the store looked so different. I went in and realized they had remodeled (looks really nice). They had some really cute decorative boxes so i got a cute pink one and wrapped another one. Both turned out very cute… my friend loved it. Would definitely go back.

One week later, and the legal document has not arrived. What a waste of $ 98! Their staff was not willing to reimburse me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE tender sender ! recently i went in to wrap a gift to begin with the staff was TOTALLY nice i enjoyed there company while my gifts were being wrapped. Im a bit picky when it comes to small details but after 20 min all of my gifts were wrapped to perfection.

This place is very convenient, but their staff is totally rude. I mean, ive been coming here for years and though the staff has changed, its attitude lingers.
I hadnt been there for a looong time, and this past saturday i call them,
Me: «Do you take Capital One payment?»
Tender S: «Yes we do»
Me: «what time do you close?»
Tender S: «9pm»
Me: Thanks
so we get there around 745pm and the woman working says, We stop taking payments at 730pm, youre 20 mins late come back monday.
HUH?
First of all, you didnt say that on the phone, secondly, i know its 20 mins past, you dont have to rub it in my face, if i asked you if you took payments, and you say yeah, and i ask what time you close, would you put 2 and 2 together and think, hmmm maybe ima going to come in and make a payment???
