Can’t really complain about the crowds here since I usually make my morning run early enough to beat the large crowds lol
It’s the closest one to work and right next to the residential pocket I usually park in to save money on our ridiculous parking fee.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They are so nice. Layout inside not very good though. Wish they would move the condiments cart in front of the coffee makers like I saw it done once. Not much seating inside but this would help. That corner by the trash is a wasted area. Robert is a Barista machine. I dig everyone there actually. Parking plentiful and close (that is why this is my go to place) I find parking and walk in. It is also too bad a certain ethnic group have no respect for smoking laws in Glendale so you usually/​aways get cig smoke at outside seating.

Never coming here, EVER! I brought chipotle inside with me cuz my friend wanted coffee and as soon as Ariana saw me about to eat she tells me, «you can’t eat that in there, I’m so sorry» in a really disgusting toned voice. I went outside and no seats were available. She’s an asshole and thanks to her I’m never coming in here. You could’ve been a little bit understanding to the fact that there were no seats outside and I was with a paying customer. If all it took was for me to buy a drink to eat my fucking food then I would’ve done that no questions asked but you didn’t have to have such a disgusting voice. Calm down.

Yeah… I have a love/​hate relationship with this particular coffee bean. Normally, CBTL and I have an awesome relationship. Like, I really dig CBTL, more so than Starbucks. But this place leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The staff is incredibly slow, the ambience needs some work (i.e., the furniture and the lay out), and their drinks never taste as good as some other locations. I never leave this location satisfied, and I really try to avoid it at all costs. One time I got into it with a staff member who was giving me attitude. I called up the store owner and left a voicemail, but he never called me back. I suppose that says enough?

I stopped in here for breakfast and of course a coffee and I really like this place. Very good pastries and awesome coffee. I highly recommend and especially if you are in a hurry since they have very fast service. Thanks.

Actually has a parking lot you do not have to pay separately for. The barista opened the door for us to speed us up getting out of the rain. Both baristas were quick with taking orders and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing aside from the normal café machine noises. My café mocha came out quick and hot and tasted delicious.

This Coffee Bean is a regular pit stop when visiting my sister in law in Glendale. It’s convenient to their house as well as to one of the freeway exits/​on ramps to and from the house. Service is always top notch, friendly and quick. I very much prefer their blends to that of Star#&*ks. It’s alway busy even just before closing time. I’ve seen many people reading and studying here. Not sure which college or university is nearest. Free wifi is a big plus. Glad they’ve removed the required passcode to access it. Saves a bit of time when in a hurry.
My only concern, which isn’t the establishment’s fault, is there are always a bunch of people smoking outside. It makes it a bit difficult to walk to and from the parking lot.

This is the best CB! Their customer service is engaging and friendly, the drinks are amazing (just like any other CBTL) and there is plenty of parking.
Trust me when I say: TRY THE HAZELNUT LATTE (hot, over ice, ice blended – any way you like it). It’s amazingly delicious and that’s what I suggest for anyone who is trying CB for the first time.
I recently converted my boyfriend to a Coffee Bean fan from another chain (who shall remain nameless: Starbucks) and he noticed the difference in the quality right away. We did the same thing with his mom and she preaches CB all day now… I will continue to bring unsuspecting patrons to CB to convert them into fans so long as they don’t take away my hazelnut latte.

This is by far the BEST coffee bean in town. I live in La Crescenta and I come all the way down to Glendale just to get my coffee. The manager Jose and all the employees especially Celina are always there ready and happy to greet me. He knows exactly how I like my coffee. Every time I go to another coffee bean they always end up messing up my drink. This is my every day go to place before work. Thanks guys and see you soon!!! If I could rate them a 5+ I would!!!

Cool place but the loitering factor at this location is at a all time high. If you want to avoid big crowds of people hanging around the door and starring, avoid this location. If you don’t mind then you can’t really go wrong with the coffee bean.
They seem to take a little longer than your average coffee shop to prep your coffee but it’s not really a big deal.

Stepping over a couple dozen discarded coffee cups, The discerning traveler must first observe the custom carpeting of the lounge area. Made from 100% discarded cigarettes, this plush under footing makes for only the most elegant of floor treatments.
One can not of course over look the «Memorial D’Café Coup» or as you and I know it «That ice blended cup pile: a Memorial» a world famous tribute to the journey many pilgrims have made in pursuit of a garbage can, later to assume «No the ground IS the garbage can» — as if an art performance piece the likes of Andy Warhol or Jackson Pollock could not have imagined. And who says Glendale has no high art culture!
A common hazard to the wayward traveler are the pensioners who frequent the outbound busses to casinos abroad. A word of warning… Too much fun here! Throw a pack of smokes, your chewed gum, left over lunch, and not quite empty cups on the ground because the next stop is Exotic Video Poker in City of Industry.
While the temptations of Casino thrills may appeal to some, the relaxed Glendale aficionado is perhaps at home perusing the great literary works of graffiti artist «Too Hard» and «Your Mother something something scribbles».
In Summary: If refuse and uncomfortable stares are your thing then this is your destination!
