MUCH BETTER! I was seen on time and Dr. Zarate was as thorough and awesome as she always is.
Optical still took forever, but the fact that I was seen without waiting an eternity for my appointment makes up for it a bit.

I had a early morning appointment with Dr. kay Park,
The appointment was at 8:45 am so I was there on time, quickly filled out the nessecery forms, at 8:58
They showed me the exam room and the assistant told me kindly that the doctor will be seeing me in few minutes, after I waited for around 45 minutes I started getting closterfobic in the small exam room, I got up and opened the door, went back to my seat in the same exam room, never left the room, minutes later I heard one of the assistants saying to the doctor «oh he’s here in the room «so I waited for another quite some time, finally lost my patients and asked the tall assistant where is the doctor I’ve been here for about an hour, she replied and lied for the doctor saying she was waiting for you you weren’t here
I replied really, and told her I have to leave, she didn’t care. At 10:10 am I left without seeing the
Unethical doctor, I will never go back to them ever
