Awful service. Placed an order for an «in stock» coat rack on 6⁄3. It is now 6⁄17 and I have yet to receive my order, let alone any indication that it has shipped. I have tried calling them several times and only get voicemail (sketchy at best). I emailed and got a reply that my order would ship by Friday and that I would get a shipment confirmation email. It is now the following Tuesday and still no shipment confirmation. Let messages and emails requesting that my order be cancelled. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time and trouble and pass over this one when shopping online.
