Badawi Radwan A MD the Dermatology Institute

The receptionist has the worse matter I have ever encounter, she was rude and speaks a alien language that I can’t understand. I ask her to slow down and speak clearly, she calls me a stupid and says my English sucks not hers.
For anyone out there that are visiting this Dr office please think twice !!!
The face of the office has a horrible attitude I can’t imagine everyone else.

This review is not even about the doctor. My husband was too upset to even go in to see him, plus, we’ve lost our faith in the doctor after the horrible conversation with the receptionist.
The receptionist that calls to confirm the appointment speaks with a REALLY heavy and I mean REALLY HEAVY accent and she talks so fast that we couldn’t understand her at all, we asked her to slow down because we couldn’t understand her and she replied «I don’t understand you either» and hung up the phone… YES… she hangs up on people after a RUDE reply… After 4 crazy call backs to this place (because every time we called back we just can’t understand her accent so we didn’t know where we were calling and she just kept on hanging up on us) we finally were somewhat able to make out that she was calling to confirm the appointment and as we were repeating the appointment confirmation she hangs up AGAIN… by this time we’re like you know what… F this place… the hell with this… if this is how the receptionist is I can’t imagine how the doctor will be like… the doctor might be good and all that but we totally lost faith…
Anyway, this is strictly about that RUDE and unprofessional receptionist not the doctor, we never been in so we can’t say about the doc.
