I came in for the first time today not knowing what to expect. I’m not a big coleslaw guy and had no idea what Russian dressing even was, but I ordered a capistrami because it’s one of the best sellers. I ordered a medium not knowing how big it actually was, let me tell you it’s more than enough for 2 meals. I wasn’t especially hungry but after taking my first bite I fell in love. Every bite was incredible, I finished the entire thing. I’m now in a cozy food coma that I do not regret, nor do I wanna leave. I can’t speak for the other sandwiches but I highly recommend the capistrami. I’m sold and I’ll be back many times.

The Bobbie made here is better than at the Covina location. Today I’m giving a 2 star based on customer service. They didn’t honor a Cash Cap $ 5 card I had. The manager looked at me. .and said, «Nope! It’s expired. «It expired 2 days ago. It would have been a nice gesture to accept it. I was here last week, but due to a purse change, didn’t have the cash cap card. Too bad for me. If I was the manager, I would have done it. Oh, well. Life goes on.

Folks — I’m a CAPAddict because I go to this locations quite a bit. Now that we got that out of the way. Here’s why I’m only giving them 2 star: THEYAREINCONSISTENT. I just got home, I ordered a combo(4.5″ sub and a small soup) for over $ 10… I know, not cheap. I don’t mind paying for quality but don’t try to swindle the customer. To be honest, my sub looked more like a 3″… But what really got to me is that the cup of soup was only 2⁄3 filled. This happened earlier today as well when I ordered a Bobbie and a tomato soup(yes, I visit often). The small cup is already tiny… and to only partially fill it up is unacceptable. I’m not sure if this is just my bad luck but I have seen significant inconsistencies in food preparation and portions. To Cappriotti Mgmt — Maybe more training is required to maintain a higher level of quality and consistency. Thanks. To the customer — I recommend you check the food before you leave the store to ensure the portions are as advertised. The food is delicious… It’s just a shame that there is so much variation in preparation and portions. I posted a picture of the partially filled cup of soup. It was like that when I got home, smh.

Vegetarian friendly menu. Their sandwiches aren’t just meatless. They offer fake veggie meat, which adds extra protein, flavor and is more filling. Try their Veggie Philly Cheese Steak it’s delicious! And if you like them on Unilocal you get a free drink.

Tried it for the first time last week, and loved it. I had the meatball sandwich, and it was one of the best around here.

If I wrote this at first sight of the menu and my sandwich I might have given a lower rating. Although I prefer additional topping options for my Italian sandwiches like pickles, jalapeños, and pepperoccini, the flavor was good, the bread fresh, and the spices good. The peanut butter cookie is nice and salty.

Great sandwiches. I have tried several and have enjoyed them all, but the hot Bobbie is amazing. Fresh turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce on great bread. Also their crownies(cookie brownie hybrid) are pretty good.

It’s my first time coming to this sandwich shop today. I wanted to eat something somewhat healthy or a sandwich. I looked up sandwich places and found this one. Also I got a free large drink for checking in here! The sandwich I got was the Cole Turkey Sub and it was very good. I decided to put Lays chips in my sandwich and it made it taste even better, hahaha! I will most likely come here again and try the other sandwiches.

Watch out Jersey Mikes! I’m a lover of a good turkey sandwich. My favorite thing about this place is that the turkey actually looks like turkey, not some slab of processed meat that has been sliced and thrown on some bread. I had the Cole Turkey. The coleslaw was excellent and the meat was good, I just wish there was more turkey in the sandwich. Will come back again to try the Bobbie.

I wish they would build one of these in Cucamonga, when ever we are in the area I try to stop by and get a sandwich. The Bobbie and the Capastrami are my favorites.

So pleased to see this in California, I had them in Las Vegas and loved the cole turkey. Great fresh roasted, pieces of shredded turkey with crisp coleslaw. The staff was very nice as well.

I will not be rushing back anytime soon. Ordered the«Slaw Be Jo» 12″. Basically the house special for roast beef. Food was ok nothing special. They use real roast beef like crock pot style which justified the $ 9.99 cost. Store is clean, very nice and freezing cold! Bring some ear plugs cause the company music horrible.

Great sand which place, not your typical sandwich chain like philly best or subway. The Capastrami is my favorite. There is even a thanksgiving flavor theme sand which. Sizes are really a nice portion

Came here to grab a couple sandwiches and left unimpressed, the Sub Sandwiches come in three sizes Sm-9″, Med-12″ & Lg-20″ I believe they bake their own bread for the subs which is a soft roll. I got the Med-12″ which is a big sandwich or a lot of bread! I prefer a firmer French style roll with a nice crunch for my sub sandwich, this was soft not bad but not my preference. When it comes to sandwiches I hear people talk about«Capriotti’s» I guess I expected some awesome Italian Deli which it’s not… I can think of many places I can go to get a great $ 10 sandwich and this ain’t one! Meatball —(Med 12″)($ 8.99) Homemade Meatball Sub Made from our own signature homemade meatball recipe and topped off with Provolone cheese, grated Romano cheese, and sauce, this is a side view not the greatest but overall a pretty good meatball sandwich, it could have used more grated romano, again not thrilled with the bread but the balls were tasty 3.5-Stars Roast Beef —(Med 12″)($ 9.99) *((Now I ordered a Roast Beef for someone thinking it was your typical deli sliced roast beef, NOT!)) Homemade Roast Beef Our secret pulled roast beef recipe, slow roasted to perfection. Mi compa took one bite, gave me a death stare and said what the ___is this? I tried it and all I got was the flavor of vinegar, not sure if this sandwich had oil & vinegar? or it was the peppers? but it was horrible Hands Down WORST Roast Beef Sandwich I’ve ever tried! #HijoleFail

I really don’t get the hype. Capriotti’s in Covina was okay, nothing special, but this Capriotti’s was something else all together. I came into the restaurant for dinner and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Ordering was fine, service was nothing memorable, and I ordered a roast beef sandwich. Food comes out, and it looks good. I take a bite and the sandwich is just so very salty and while I am not a salt fiend, I’m definitely not salt sensitive. Thinking it was just that bite, I took a few more bites. I did not even finish ¼ of the sandwich because the meat was so salty. My boyfriend ended up giving me half of his sandwich and we threw mine out. I definitely won’t be back.

I first fell in love with capriottis in Las Vegas I was excited to learn that there was one local to me everything I’ve ever had here has been amazing I’m slowly working my way down the menu lol and honestly lets face a top shelf Sandwhich 14 inches for $ 14 you can’t beat it anywhere I’d eat here everyday but my wallet won’t let me. If your in San Dimas craving a one off Sandwhich get your butt here. Enjoy

When it first opened, I gave it 5 stars– My «Cole» was delicious. Second review, went down to 4 star, the turkey on my salad wasn’t good… Sadly now I have to go down again, to 3… I’m really rounding up from 2.5, tho. Guys, I hope you are reading this– and learn… I want this place to be good. I came a day after having a glorious roast beef from Claro’s, and one week after inhaling a heavenly Green Monster from Plaza Produce. These places both excel in the Art of the Sandwich. I ordered the Bobbie, not ever having it before. I ordered a Small. I think the person taking the order made a mistake, b/c when I got it home it was HUGE… but she charged me for a small… my gain, right? So… the Bobbie. This has the potential to be a GREAT sammie. This one was not great. The proportions were all off, waaayyyy too much cranberry– it tasted like I was eating a cranberry sandwich and the condiments were the turkey and stuffing. I love cranberry sauce, but this so needs to be toned down. DRY… it needed, something. Dry turkey, Dry stuffing, on Dry bread. Like mayo? Gravy? Something wet. Flavor… Again, the cranberry was overwhelming, but beyond it, the turkey and stuffing were utterly flavorless. It was like unseasoned shredded turkey, lumps of Mrs. Cubbison’s stuffing, cranberry, and that’s it. Bread: This was the best part of the deal. They do have GREAT bread. My advice: Offer this baby warm! Add gravy(ask). Season the turkey more. LESSCRANBERRY! Ask if they want mayo on it– I am sure a small schmear would have improved this sammie a lot. I am not sure why they don’t ask what you want on it– I think that would make it mo’ betta.
