Continental Restaurants

The Continental was my favorite restaurant for karaōke the KJ Jessie I found out tonight will no longer be there every other Tuesday! I won’t be going there to the Continental on Tuesday anymore unless the owner brings this back. The rating was a five but because of losing a fun night out I’d say now 3.

Love this place. I can’t wait to go back!

Retro yes! Great dinner yes! Good value yes again! But, the staff is what makes this place special, they were fast and efficient and especially kind to the older clientele! My wife and I will be back soon! Maybe next time we’ll hit that little rockin bar for a dance or two!?!

Did I get here by DeLorean? That is how I felt upon stepping inside this very old school spot. I have gone back in time.
The seats have to be atleast 40 years old, goes to show you that they use to make things to last…
There is also a stage for live performances, and a great old fashioned menu with old fashioned prices to match.
I got a Leg of Lamb lunch special that came with mashed potatoes, some veggies, fresh baked bread and mint jelly and soup of the day… damage to the wallet was only $ 8.95…I am not sure how that is even possible. Have any of you checked the price of Lamb these days? I certainly couldn’t make it for that.
Our waitress gets 5 stars for her incredible service. I was fascinated by the place and she took her time to answer all my questions…
I am surprised and saddened that this place isn’t more popular, it is very old school American Lounge that is stuck in a time warp, but that is what I loved about the place.
They have a very extensive menu and tons of specials, yes it is outdated, but it is like a living History lesson, so keep that in mind and enjoy the atmosphere. It seems like they have alot of regulars and everyone knows each others name…

This is a cool little dive bar, says restaurant too but have never experienced or seems that part. Service is good got a couple of bar tenders working the weekends and keeping you well served. The have bands on weekend some are good and some are bad. Small dance floor to get out and shake your money maker. When the bands are not there the have a cool juke box that’s all digital.

Came on a weekend with friends for drinks the live music was good but bring cash cause they have a 15 $ min charge on your CC which you end up spending but if your only wanting a quick drink then pay with cash.

On the 5-​star note this family owned and operated restaurant/​bar is the place for anything BASQUE as is their tradition… start with either the Escargot Bourguignonne which is fantastic or if you’re a little shy try the Jumbo Prawn cocktail as your appetizer… However, if you’re their for cocktails stay clear of that ball-​buster bartender/​Kathy who get a ZERO-​Stars for being a real cock-​blocker and just plain rude and mean Bitch… It’s bitter old broads like this that give nice places like the «CONTINENTAL» a bad name… I hope the owners FIRE her tacky ass someday so they can see how this will bring more business back into this local establishment… I’m just saying…
